Experience was very pleasant right up until the very end. My wife went to Balise Toyota to test drive some Toyota Camrys. Her salesperson, Bob Cipriano, was very instrumental in helping her to find the car sh My wife went to Balise Toyota to test drive some Toyota Camrys. Her salesperson, Bob Cipriano, was very instrumental in helping her to find the car she was looking for in the price range she was looking at. He did that while not pressuring her into buying something she felt she couldn't afford or didn't need. Once she found a Camry she was interested in, she wanted me to go there with her to view the vehicle and possibly complete the sale. The sales process and negotiations went relatively smoothly. Bob made us feel very comfortable and seemed to answer most of our questions honestly and directly. We had a couple of options added to the car and that went smoothly. Balise did all the leg work with the registry and we were under the impression that all that was left was for us to go there, have them mount the plates and be on our way. That's where the rub came in. While examining the vehicle before purchasing it, we noticed there was no front number plate bracket on the bumper. When we questioned Bob on that, his response was that used vehicles don't come with those. My wife and I both stated out desire to have the bracket on the front bumper instead of just attaching the plate directly to the bumper. After some back and forth and Bob stating that he would take care of it, we assumed we would have that bracket. When I took the car back to get the plates put on, a very rude and arrogant young man that was assisting Bob (he was with another client) came out to put the plates on for me. He informed me that the thin plastic frame with Balise's name on it was what used cars get and that's what Bob said he agreed to with us". This young man's attitude and actions are the reason for the second star being removed from our rating. As a 2014, this car was not a "new" car sale. But it was new to my wife. Balise had a chance to step up and prove they cared about customer satisfaction at absolutely minimal cost. Had they, this three star rating would have been a five star rating. More
