Great Sales Experience! I went in to Balise to return my previous lease and to start lease a new vehicle. I was contemplating leasing a pre-owned vehicle, but when Farouk exp I went in to Balise to return my previous lease and to start lease a new vehicle. I was contemplating leasing a pre-owned vehicle, but when Farouk explained the financing and how great the 2017 model of the car I was looking at, I was happy to go with a new vehicle. Farouk was very pleasant, informed, and respected my time and my budget. I know I played a little bit of hardball with him on negotiating, but he was nothing but understanding when it came to my budget. I thoroughly enjoyed my entired experience with Balise. I had been to Balise 3 years previous for my first lease and had gone through the financing process with Fred Peniche, and he remembered me when I came in for my new lease and was so upfront and honest about everything, I really enjoyed talking with him about my options. I hope to see Farouk and Fred again when I come in for my next lease. More
