Not ready to trade but did I wasn't really ready to buy a new vehicle as my 2010 Toyota tundra only had 83,000 miles. I was met by a gentle named Farouk. We sat and discussed what my needs were and hes there to help. Not once did he pressure me to trade but reaffirmed me that he wants to work with me. It didn't take long to wheel and deal, as I didn't need to trade for a new truck. He worked with me and that was the best truck buying experience I've had out of the past 4 new truck purchases I've made. I now owe a 2017 Toyota Tundra crewmax and love it. Balise is very fortunate to have an employee like Farouk. I will be back. More

Our sales consultant was Harry Nguyen he was professional and willing to take time with us.Harry is kind and with his beautiful smile was very informative about the car we were purchasing, He introduced us to his Sales Manager Erick Nelson who we also spent time with. 3x going back and forth to dealership Leased 2017 Toyota Rav with sales person Anthony. Contract and all paperwork was signed with agreement of $2000 down, $210 per mo for 3 yrs with 1500 Leased 2017 Toyota Rav with sales person Anthony. Contract and all paperwork was signed with agreement of $2000 down, $210 per mo for 3 yrs with 15000 mile option...got nonstop calls for 2 days to return to dealership bc finance person completed paperwork completed incorrectly. Was told he just forgot to give me my return customer appreciatiin credit if $500. Just so happens my dad has been in and out hospital suffering from Leukemia for 4 months, which sales person was made aware. I sat for nearly 2hrs for 3+ visits to this dealer to later notice that the "corrected contract" that was redone by finance guy robbed me of an extra $500 down payment. Didnt get my customer appreciation and got screwed. They definitely go me at a vulnerable state and lost a 4x customer!!! Again, this was my 4th purchase with Balise Toyota to be shafted for $500...hope it was worth it. Snakes!!! More

The only reason I bought my 5th truck in the last 8 years was Balise gave me good deals on previous trucks. Each time I have been into the dealership either for service or a purchase, there was nothing but ease each time. I would recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to visit Balise and specifically ask for Bob Cipriano! More
