Will never set foot in this building again. I am so disgusted by the entire operation of this dealership. I have been a loyal customer of this place for many years as I have bought and leased at lease disgusted by the entire operation of this dealership. I have been a loyal customer of this place for many years as I have bought and leased at lease 3 vehicles from them. I’m not sure why I kept coming back. I think it was just easier to put up with the aggravation then to go somewhere new. But this was the last straw. Went to end my latest lease agreement and chose to buy out the remainder of the lease. Easy right !!!. Nope . Had my buyout price already established and had financing lined up. Then I was told I had to pay 500 dollars for a mandatory inspection fee before I could buy the vehicle. They cited liability reasons for the fee, said they wanted to make sure the vehicle was safe to drive before we could buy it. What a bunch of crap I’ve been driving the vehicle for 3 yrs and never missed a service date or oil change or recall. This is a scam people don’t do it. They will inspect it and probably charge for unnecessary repairs. Don’t believe me ? Look it up. Just found another dealership that doesn’t charge this fee. I’ve had it with this shady dealership. Lost my business for 500 bucks and was planning on buying a new truck from Toyota in a couple of years. Not from here !!! and I’ll be sure to pass my experience along. More
For anyone reading this, take the time and go buy from Tarbox Toyota. For another 15-20 minute drive, it’s well worth it. I’ve bought 3 vehicles from Balise before and never had issues so when time came again to buy another vehicle, I figured I’d stay loyal and buy from them again. So when I contacted the e-commerce manager for a quote on a highlander, she gave me the msrp price. I explained to her that Tarbox was $4k less which she then told me that Balise could do better or at the very least, match any other dealerships price. Taking them on their word, I scheduled an appointment to go in and test drive the vehicle. Got there the day of my appointment, test drove the vehicle, loved it and was ready to buy. I mentioned to the Sales Rep. about the price matching and he went to go talk to the finance manager. After about 10 minutes, the finance manager came back and told me that they couldn’t sell me the car due to it being on hold for another customer. It just so happened that they had someone who came in and was interested in the same vehicle. The finance Manager must have thought he could sell them the car for $4k more per Balise’s price. The finance manager then proceeded to tell me that if something came up, he would call me and then left. The Sales Rep then told me that they couldn’t price match but if I wanted the car at their price, they could work something out. At this point I had already wasted 2 hrs. of my time and kindly told them I was going to Tarbox. Long story short, I bought the same vehicle from Tarbox at $4k less. Tarbox honored what they quoted and gained my business moving forward. Balise and the Balise Brand, whether it’s their Toyota, Nissan, Honda, etc. dealerships have lost a customer forever. It’s amazing to me that they didn’t want to take my money. Here’s the kicker, it’s been 4 days since I was there and the vehicle is still listed on Balise’s website. Probably did not sell yet and there’s 3 of the same color and model in inventory. SMH. More

Recently purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 from these people. We had a series of bad events during and after the sale. We negotiated a deal with the sales manager Chris. When we were signing the papers with the finance person we noticed the dollar amount was not what we had agreed to. The finance person asked Chris. They said it was a mistake and reprinted all docs for signing. We also negotiated for them to throw in shag mats with the deal. When we about to leave with our new car my wife noticed the all weather mats which came with the vehicle were missing. When we mentioned it to the salesman he went to the sales manager. He was told to do what he thought was right here. The salesman retrieved the box of mats and gave them to us. Now let’s talk about the registration fees. We overpaid by more than $100. The salesman said they would mail me a check for the difference. Weeks went by and no check. I called the salesman. He questioned someone else about the check. He was told any rebate amounts over $100 are sent to the buyers lender. The check was for $101.50! The salesman wasn’t aware of this policy. I think it’s a ridiculous policy. In all my years I’ve never dealt with a car dealer like these people. I don’t blame the sales person for any this. He actually did a decent job. We will never shop for a car there again. More

Service communication failure. Got a flat on Friday. Schedule service on Friday for Saturday, did not have my tire in stock. Why does it take 3 days to get a tire and why isn’t one of the most common tires in stock for the service department? Poor management and customer service. Taking my business elsewhere once my warranty and service contracts are up. This place is ridiculous. More

So the following day before I left the house I double checked to see if the car was in stock, and there it was on their web site. So I drove 45 minutes to get there to see the car. When I got there, they told me they haven't got it yet,, they are expecting it soon, and tried to sell me a different car. When I questioned if that is the way they operate by pulling people in to their dealership, I was told yes and they hope to sale their clients a compatible car instead. I will never buy any vehicles from them and encourage everyone else not to either. It is not an honest dealership to deal with. More
Amazing experience at this dealership the salesman Bryan was amazing as was Micheal. The sales manager Savon made the whole experience. I did not feel like just another sale. I can’t express enough how this crew went above and beyond for my experience and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
