When I arrived at my appointment Mohammed Alkabouni showed me a new Rav4 that had what I wanted. I was turning in my lease to purchase since I am retired. After driving the new 2018 Rav4 I realized that I needed to buy a used Rav4. My main requirement was that it had to have the internal navigation system. Mohammed found exactly what I wanted with a few extras. Paperwork for my purchase went quickly compared to my experiences 2 years ago. Stalin Mejia- Vasquez, the finance manager fought for me in getting it financed and also completed my paperwork quickly. Michelle Jessop helped to get the insurance binder by calling my insurance agent and supplying her with the necessary information and I was ready to go. Mohammed called me later to check if everything was okay and he intends to contact the previous owner of my new used 2015 Rav4 for to obtain the second key, if possible. Bait and Switch The evening on-line sales person Sarah lied about multiple models we were looking for being in inventory to get us in for a test drive 'appointment' t The evening on-line sales person Sarah lied about multiple models we were looking for being in inventory to get us in for a test drive 'appointment' the next morning ("48 hour quote"). Upon arrival, we were put into the sales queue (not a real appointment). After waiting 45 minutes for a floor sales person, and then searching the lot for the models Sarah spoke of (none on the lot at all), we asked to speak with the sales manager. When the sales manager checked the chat board he told us the car was just sold. We asked about the other models Sarah spoke of and he steered us to a newer model. A complete waste of time but fortunately avoided buying a car from Balise. More
