The carpets were full of mold from this and they wanted to charge me 8000 to fix it. Made my child and myself deadly sick!! Don’t ever go to this place. Mangers no where to be found. Never answer my calls kept passing the buck. Hundreds of people have said the same. This place is absolute the worse place ever. You wait 2 hours for an oil change say they are going to come out and let you know they are done never did said they called but they didn’t because no message on my phone. Constant lies! All they want is your money and they don’t do the job! So if there was a leak that they say they fixed why is it leaking 4 months later. Why didn’t they clean and dry my carpets in the first place they put something in my line so mold wouldn’t grow there. Knowing my carpets were wet why didn’t they take care of that. I WARN ALL OF YOU. SERVICE SUCKS!!!!! More

This is the dealership from whom we purchased our Sienna. Unfortunately, we have to have it towed to a dealer in another state. They had it for days and didn't fix it. We had it towed back to Balise and they Unfortunately, we have to have it towed to a dealer in another state. They had it for days and didn't fix it. We had it towed back to Balise and they diagnosed and fixed it in two days. What's more, there was a gas/exhaust smell in the cabin after the repairs, so we brought it back. Turns out, the first dealer must have been randomly disconnecting things to see what was wrong and never re-connected some of it properly. The Balise guys fixed it up and just because of the hit we had already taken on the original problem, they did it for no charge, even though it was probably nothing to do with their work in the first place. I came in with a pretty tall order considering the current shortage of new Toyota trucks in the market. After visiting multiple other dealers, I met with Sales Consultant Jhordany and Sales Manager Br current shortage of new Toyota trucks in the market. After visiting multiple other dealers, I met with Sales Consultant Jhordany and Sales Manager Bryan. They worked with me to great lengths to secure me a truck very close to the specs I was looking within a budget I could afford! They also helped me trade my previous lease from Honda in one easy transaction when I didn’t think I could do that. They actually found out I had equity which helped lower my bottom line. Finance Manager Farouk was terrific as well. Needless to say, I’m enjoying my new Tacoma and will be coming back with family and friends for many years to come. Thank you Balise! More
