Chris was amazing!!! I came in to test drive a Camry and corolla for my daughter(it is her first car). I was afraid that I would be pressured into buying right then but to I came in to test drive a Camry and corolla for my daughter(it is her first car). I was afraid that I would be pressured into buying right then but to my surprise Chris gave me all of the information I needed to bring to my bank. But he got me a better rate so we financed with them. Great experience!!! More

Not Providing the Warranty I paid for Such a shame - this could have been a 5 star review. Unfortunately, I have been strung along for 5 months trying to get Balise to provide the extended Such a shame - this could have been a 5 star review. Unfortunately, I have been strung along for 5 months trying to get Balise to provide the extended warranty I paid for. They do not dispute the fact that they offered and I paid for the extended TOYOTA warranty - but they cannot produce the warranty with the correct time or mileage - shorting me 18 months and 8500 miles on the terms. I am going to the Attorney General's office for help. Wish they would have resolved this, but I guess they don't care once the money changes hands. More
