Worst experience ever went in to buy a truck found what I wanted I was a cash sale they set a price when I went to sign papers the price went up the salesman gave me a xxxxxxxx story but I agreed to meet him wanted I was a cash sale they set a price when I went to sign papers the price went up the salesman gave me a xxxxxxxx story but I agreed to meet him half way even though we agreed on a price this was on a Sunday he said I could take it today I called my friend who’s an insurance broker he said I needed confirmation from my company which I could not get because they were closed on Sunday the salesman said he would call the company he could get it I went to finance department and asked him if they got it touch with insurance company he said we’ll do it after you sign the papers and transfer your registration to make a long story being a cash deal I would have driven off a $80,000 truck with no insurance all they want to do is sell you a vehicle and they have no respect for the customer the high pressure and fast talking did not work with me I walked out I have bought many cars and trucks being in business and helping my children and grandchildren buy vehicles this is the worst experience I ever had buyers be warned great product the worst customer experience More

Came in for advertised 4Runner. Spent over 4 hours at the dealership. Finalized everything. We called the insurance company the next business day, and received 3 calls from dealer Spent over 4 hours at the dealership. Finalized everything. We called the insurance company the next business day, and received 3 calls from dealership to get insurance verification (pressure). Had info by the end of the day. Told truck would be set to go 3 days later. Called them on third day, dealership could not tell me it was ready and never called me back. Called them after 3 hours, got salesman, and he said he couldn’t get my military plates because he did not have my DD214. Never told me earlier. Got regular plates , but was disappointed. One hour later I can pick it up. Had to ask for extra keys (oh, yeah we have them), told truck would have full tank (nope, less than 1/2). Got out of there and will not return. More

However, the team at Toyota made us feel very comfortable, were very pleasant the entire time, and didn’t let us leave until we had found a vehicle that we wanted at a price that we also wanted. They were very understanding and worked with us very patiently throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Arondae for his great attitude! He’s a star at the company. More

I am very disappointed in this dealership from start to finish. I found a car that was posted on their website with a price, called multiple times and was told I could see /drive the car. I get to the deal finish. I found a car that was posted on their website with a price, called multiple times and was told I could see /drive the car. I get to the dealership(1 hour from my home) and the salesperson says "it has not been checked out by maintenance so he is not sure if they can sell it". Finally I get in touch with the used car manager who allowed us to see it. I expressed my interest in the car if it was decided it was able to be sold and not sent to auction. He assured us I would be the first in line for the vehicle. The next day after the car was evaluated by mechanic it was listed for a higher price online and we were notified it was for sale. We were not told to put a deposit down or anything to hold the vehicle. Called the used car manager with no return call. I drive again all the way to Warwick (an hour from our home) after work thinking I am going to be able to test drive and make an offer as was stated on the previous day and when I get there friend of someone who works at the dealership was test driving and sitting at the desk to complete paperwork with no communication to me. I was not given any option to purchase..They wasted my time 2 days in a row. I will not recommend or consider looking at another car at this dealership..The communication and professionalism was horrible. More
