He was honest, answered all of my questions, and was engaged throughout the process. Everything went smoothly. My only gripe is that initially, the higher ups in the sales department seemed to really low ball me on my trade in. We talked through everything and eventually it all worked out. I waked away with my "new to me" used car. Shane was great sales consultant and a great guy. I would purchase another car from Balise Toyota in the future. More
