Horrible service, my car needed fuel sensors and rear manifold, they told me everything was in and would be done in a day or two, well to make a long story short I picked up my car a week and a half late manifold, they told me everything was in and would be done in a day or two, well to make a long story short I picked up my car a week and a half later. When I picked my car up it had a two foot mark down my hood, I went back in and talked to Steve the service manager ti let him no, he told me there is nothing he can do for me it didnt happen here so you have to leave and had me leave the building, and made a employee remove my car from the garage. So went back in to talk to the general manager Bill, showed him what had happen, he sent me to there auto body shop where I talked to Brian, he looked at and said no doubt about it something like brake fluid or antifreeze spilt on it and ate the paint right off and it was freshly done. I told Brian that when I went to grab something out of my car later on the day I dropped the car off it was stored under another car that was on a lift. SO IF YOU DECIDE TO GET YOUR CAR WORKED ON DON'T GO TO BALISE TOYOTA ON POST RD. IF YOU DO MAKE SURE YOU DO A WALK AROUND THE CAR WHEN YOUR THERE SO YOU DON'T RUN IN TO THIS PROBLEM. For the service manager Steve to talk and act that way to a paying customer is Sooo unprofessional I paid 900 dollars to fix my car and this is how I was taking care of by Balise Toyota. BOYCOTT THIS PLACE TEACH PEOPLE A LESSON ON HOW MUCH THEY NEED CUSTOMERS. More

We never felt like we were getting the run-around whenever we communicated with Balise folks. They always seemed genuinely interested in us, what we wanted, and how to get it for us. Kenny was a pleasure to work with, so friendly and open. He answered all of our questions. Bill the GM took additional time to answer some questions for us while we were waiting for the vehicle walk-through. He even went so far as to add a personal touch, indicating that he was very familiar with the area where we live and even offered to make a call to a pizza place to help get our daughter a job.
