They also happened to have the Model Car (not a Toyota) I was looking to buy on their lot. Danielle put me through to Bill Macastro (General Manager) and after some gentle negotiations he made me an offer I couldn't refuse, so I traded my car in for theirs. A very good deal for me and I hope OK for Balise. The dealership is a very relaxed, friendly, upscale environment. My salesman Alex Shtutin ....I couldn't recommend him any higher. Give him a call. Dealing with Bill & Danielle (father, daughter team was a nice personal touch). This was the best auto buying experience I have ever had. I'll need new tires for my new used vehicle come spring and I look forward to giving these guys my business. More

I have purchased many automobiles in the past and this is by far my best experience to date. My car buying experience was a joy from start to finish. My salesperson Bob Cipriano was wonderful to work with! He was very knowledgeable about Toyota's, he was kind and patient with me. The manager Bob Barker was fabulous to work with and put me at ease. The finance person Benny was funny and made the financing portion seem easy. Even when picking up my new car, they went through the car with me making sure I knew how to use all the options. Went through the manual with me and explained when my registration would be ready. Bob followed up with me to make sure everything was going well with my car after the purchase as well. The Balise team really makes the customer feel like they are important. I would and have recommended Balise to many friends since I purchased my car. From the salesperson right through to the management, it was an excellent experience and I will be buying my cars from Balise from now on. Thank you Balise! More
They treated us so well with my boyfriends lease that we returned the next day to lease one for me! I still owed a lot on my old car and don't have stellar credit but they were able to get that paid off and returned the next day to lease one for me! Stay away from these people... Once they get a deposit from you the return phone calls stop... We couldnt get Bob Barker to return a phone call of ours the minute after he got our deposit... Needless to say we stopped the credit card payment and didnt bother to go and buy the car.. We were already skeptical from other reviews here but this sealed the deal for us.. This dealership is stuck in the 60's The worn out staff (aside from the excellent service dept that changes my oil), seems as if they want to scream. Obviously burnt out. They pull all the old worn out, used up typical car salesman "tricks"....ie what do you want to pay a month, your taking it today right? take your keys for trade b4 you sit down. All a bunch of xx that takes hours to muddle through - then you get the "closer" who is the best liar of them all...steer clear of this "sales" team....don't want to promote anyone here, but there are much more honest dealerships you can deal with in RI. Remember a toyata is like a toaster-same car no matter where you go. The best part is I saw this website in a book on the salespersons desk!!! What the xxxx are they thinking??? More
I purchased a 2006 Scion TC on 3/15/2011. My salesman was Alex Shtutin at Balise Toyota of Warwick, 1400 Post Road, Warwick, RI 02888 – 401-781-4377. My first problem started with the clutch rod breaking. The vehicle was brought in for service and was fixed. The second problem was one of the idler pulley broke, causing my serpentine belt to break. Again the vehicle was serviced and fixed, this time the car had to be towed. I paid for the tow. Balise claimed the part wasn’t under warranty. I called Scion Corporation and started a case. My case number is 1108022171. My contact person is Shawn. His phone number is 866-707-2466 X 73410. He called the dealership and stated that the part was under warranty. The dealership claimed that I have an aftermarket supercharger. After market sugerchargers are not covered per Balise. Shawn from Scion explained that the supercharger came with the car a time of purchase. Also the supercharger is a Toyota factory TRD supercharger. It was also dealer installed prior to purchase. Shawn explained this to the dealer and they called my warranty company and found in fact it is covered. All parts were replaced free of charge. On 7/26/22, the pulley broke again and had to be fixed, same issue on 8/2/11, the car broke down again, this time it needed a new clutch and transmission. The warranty company once again covered it. They now claim I am in jeopardy of losing my warranty due to the high cost of repairs. On 8/23/111, once again the clutch is sticking and is causing a safety issue. My supercharger is also making very loud grinding noises. Also, my front bumpers are tied on with a tie strap and since this writing my car caught on fire. I would like a full refund or an equivalent car at no further cost to me. More
