I recently visited Balise for my automotive purchase. Overall it was the bwst experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. My salesman, Joshua Palardy, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This is my second year to lease a new Toyota Corolla. The lease process is long and complicated but the sales man and manager I worked with made it pleasent. Sales Manager John Martin is very difficult to deal with, his attitude is either buy at the price he dictates or go somewhere else. Balise gives NO DEALS of any kind where John Martin is concerned. I was in the market to trade in my 2004 Corolla which was previously purchased new at another dealership. I worked Norman and Gordy, who made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I never felt pressured into buying something I didn't want, which was a big fear I had going into this adventure. When the vehicle I was interested wasn't available to test at the moment, they held onto it and my other choice until I could see them both side by side. Even though it will be many years before I have to shop again, I will definitely be going back to Balise. More

I LOVE my used (but new to me) car! I read so many horror stories about buying a car from a dealer, and I didn't want to get ripped off and was pretty apprehensive about even walking in the door. "Used car salesmen" have a rep of being dirty rotten lairs, and a dealership - well that's about the worst place you could go - right? WRONG! Well maybe, but definitely NOT if you go to Balise Toyota. I walked in, was greeted and Julio came right over. We talked for a few minutes and he gathered some information about what I was looking for. He helped guide me through the process of finding a car. Amazingly, he let me walk out the door (even though I was clearly ready to buy) without a car. We just didn't find anything I wanted. The next day, he called to see if I found anything online that I liked. I looked, and there was something new. I went in the following day to go for a test drive, but the car I wanted to drive had been sold. Julio found 2 other cars that weren't even on his lot and had them brought over for me to test drive. I didn't want to finance a car, and although my financing options were still presented to me pretty heavily the first day, when I came back the second day the sales manager said "are you sure you don't want to finance" and I said "I'm sure" and it was never brought up again. Great experience, very happy with my car, and would do business with again. Thanks guys! More
