We knew exactly what we wanted and had visited several local Toyota dealerships. Lillian was honest and professional, not like the sales rep's at other dealerships. We were deceptively lured into 2 other local Toyota dealerships. Lillian was honest and professional, not like the sales rep's at other dealerships. We were deceptively lured into 2 other dealerships( Tarbox and Herb Chambers of Auburn, MA) by sales staff who quoted low prices that included incentives and rebates. No one ever mentioned what the incentives or rebates were for until we arrived to purchase the car. The sales staff even had the nerve to admit they were deceptive because,"all the other dealerships do it so we have to do it also to be competetive" (their exact words). Lillian was honest from the beginning, told us about the rebate scam and said, when you've had enough, come back and see me. We did, and we bought the car, a Prius 3 (at a price we were happy with) and we love the car. Debi & Vin More

I had an excellent time at this dealership. Sales rep. was not pushy and was very helpfull. If there was a question I had and he didnt have an answer he found out right away. I cannot begin to tell you what a great car buying experience this has been. First I met with Anthony who could not have been more of a joy to work with. A friend of mine had told me her nephew worked for balise so I called him we talked he told me to come down and take a look at what he has for us we were picky but he didn't mind he made us feel comfortable and not rushed he had found the perfect car for our family I would recommend him to anyone he was great I appreciated the fact that he was so nice and understand of our needs and wants after two days we were walking away with a great car that we felt comfortable with. After losing a Ford Mustang GT on Ebay which the dealer sold out from under me after accepting my bid and Ebay notifing that my bid had been accepted. He placed me on hold went outside and made sure the car wasn't sold he took credit card info to hold car till I could get down there the following day. When we arrived he meeted us and went out back and brought the car around front for us to look at. This was a nice car couldn't find a mark on it so we took it out for a spin real nice running car. So wwe decided to buy it They did everthing for us registaation and all the other stuff that is needed. After he was done we meet with Marc to go finance when he got done working his magic we were able to dive it home too NH. Great people to work with and service. Will return. John More

He helped me find the right vehicle for me and even though i did not intend on purchasing a vehicle that day, Josh made me comfortable enough to end my shopping there at Balise. not only was he superb through the sales transaction, but afterwards he took me to FILL up my gas tank. He called my insurance company for me to insure the new vehicle. and he stuck by my side through the entire process so i didnt feel like i was forgotten.
