Vehicle I traded in ended up on their used car lot with the odometer rolled back. Pity anyone that buys any of their used cars. If you bought a use car there, contact previous owners as carfax doesn't sh the odometer rolled back. Pity anyone that buys any of their used cars. Since it was 13 years old and 130k miles, I demanded that a complete timing belt kit(t-belt, crank/cam/valve cover...gaskets/seals, waterpump, idler/tensioner pulleys & spring....) be used. Of course, they cut corners and left out half of the new parts that I requested. Will never bring a car in for service there again. More

I am the kind of person that dreads the car-buying process so after A LOT of online research and a few family and co-worker referrals, I went to Balise. I had seen the Rav 4 and I was interested in it process so after A LOT of online research and a few family and co-worker referrals, I went to Balise. I had seen the Rav 4 and I was interested in it but had a lot of questions. I usually drive a coupe or small sedan and I was looking for more room but easy to drive. The salesman, Sam, was really knowledgable and was able to explain things to me in real life terms and not just car dealer-speak. Every silly question I had was answered right away and I ended up leasing the Rav. He never made me feel rushed or pressured which made it so much more stress-free than I expected. Even the finance guy, Marc (I think it was), was really helpful. I'm totally glad I went to Balise and I would recommend it to anyone. More

I have been there with my friend to check their Pre-owned car. Sales man was very nice. But the sales manager was very bad. He even didn't know how to talk with the customer. I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM AND PUT A DOWN PAYMENT ON IT AND WAS SUPPOSED TO WIRE MONEY NEXT DAY. SO AFTER EVERYTHING WAS DONE RIGHT AND I RECEIVED ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FROM THEM SHOWING AM PAYING $1000 D WAS SUPPOSED TO WIRE MONEY NEXT DAY. SO AFTER EVERYTHING WAS DONE RIGHT AND I RECEIVED ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FROM THEM SHOWING AM PAYING $1000 DEPOSIT AND THE REST THE NEXT DAY. WHAT HAPPENED IS I CALLED WHILE I WAS AT BANK PRIOR TO SENDING MONEY AND THE SALES MAN TOLD ME THEY SOLD IT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. HOW THE xxxx CAN THEY DO THAT? I AM FILING WITH FEDERAL BUREAUS AND ALREADY MADE A BIG COMPLAINT WITH TOYOTA HEADQUARTER. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AND WILL KEEP POSTING BAD REVIEWS ABOUT THEM. More

After much research on the Toyota Prius and a Suburu Legacy, I proceeded to contact Dealers online. I won't go into detail but my past experience when buying a new car has been anything but pleasant. I'm very glad to say my experience with Balise Toyota has been very pleasant. First I received an email quote and follow up call from Shante Powell to schedule a test drive, no pressure. I should also mention the price quote was a very good one, confirmed on Consumer Reports and "Truecar.com". On visiting the Dealership, I met with Sales Consultant Sean Mahoney. Again no pressure, we took the Prius for a test drive as Shawn and I chatted about the vehicle. Sean was very knowledgeable and helpful, I would gladly do business with him and Balise again. Lastly while I heard the commercials many times, "You'll do better at Balise". I can honestly say, I believe I did! More
