I want to mention I have purchased 2 cars here and recommended my sister and purchased a car here then my mother in law bought a subura same dealership. After signing paperwork I would call Harry and he wouldnt call me back or he would let me hold and not get back to me. when i went there he would make me sit there for an hour when all i needed was to sign something that they forgot. Harry will no longer get my business. what a dissapointment as I thought he was a good sales rep at first. I will say i spoke to a manager and had Harry call me right away but at that point manager had taken care of the issue. I hope this is not how balise treats all there customers. espessially people who buy multiple cars. More

I recently leased a 2013 Highlander through Balise. The salesperson (Bob) was so helpful! This is my first time looking at a Toyota and I was a little apprehensive. He showed me all the features on the t salesperson (Bob) was so helpful! This is my first time looking at a Toyota and I was a little apprehensive. He showed me all the features on the test drive and took the time to sit down with me to compare the my options. (I never felt like I was being pressured) The sales manager Erick helped me with my trade and lease package and then the finance manager Sam walked me through the final steps. The whole team at Balise made the process easy and enjoyable and I am pleased to say I am a proud Toyota owner for the first time:) More

It’s funny after talking on phone with Kim on Sunday I kind of decided that I would keep the Mercedes as I was so upside down in vehicle and the trade in was a lot lower than I thought. Then I received an email from Kim that made me start thinking that maybe there is a way. She took the time to analyze my situation and come up with a possible solution which was very impressive. I was rejuvenated and called Kim on my way home yesterday and decided to drive down to Warwick to discuss the possibility of getting the car. Kim was awesome and she did everything possible to make the deal happen without any pressure. I have been in sales myself for over 30 years and can say that she is the cream of the crop and that she has to be is in the top 5% of her peers. I was amazed that we could actually drive the car home last night as a result of her due diligence. Sam we also appreciated tremendously the time you put in after hours to get the paperwork all set so that we could drive out with the vehicle last night. This type of service is the reason why Balise of Warwick is such a large dealership with I bet a lot of customer loyalty. This was a great car buying experience and can tell you that Sharon will be down to trade in her leased car as well. Although there are several Toyota dealerships a lot closer than Warwick RI. We will be back when it is time to trade in and get a new vehicle. Both my daughters own Toyota vehicles and we will encourage them to take a drive to Balise of Warwick and ask for Kim when they are ready to trade in their vehicles Oh I forgot the main reason I wanted to email you is to ask you to contact Ann at Desrosier Insurance at (508) 764-4321 she had a couple of questions Again thank you both so much. I recently leased a 2013 Toyota Highlander. My experience was truly exceptional. I had a budget and Bob found the perfect vehicle that fit my needs to a T. He was so knowledgable about the Highlander. We wen was truly exceptional. I had a budget and Bob found the perfect vehicle that fit my needs to a T. He was so knowledgable about the Highlander. We went on a test drive were it wasn't too busy so I could really get a feel for it. We came back to the dealership and he simply asked if I like it enough to own it today. Erick Nelson a sales manager came over with some numbers for my husband and I to see. Believe it or not they were lower than I wanted my monthly payment to be. I will say though the best part of the whole thing was the finance guy Sam. He was amazing!! He explained everything I was signing thoroughly, it was like he answered my questions before I had a chance to ask them. Very professional!!!! Last was David Ricci Jr. He hooked my phone up to the Bluetooth and went over my entune. He explained it like he designed it himself. Overall experience was a 10 from top to bottom. One other thing I would like to add is the way everyone is dressed. Everyone in the sales department wear a shirt and tie which I think says a lot. Very sharp and proficient. I will NO DOUBT recommend everyone I know to Balise Toyota More
First of all, they treat every single client as a number, they didn't even offer a drink or let u settle down, they went straight into the sales talk. Secondly, I left a deposit for a brand new 2013 Rav4, they promised the time frame to wait was one week, but they didn't even tell me the progress on locating the car after one week. The salesman didn't even give me his business card, so I have to call their main number to find out. Worst Client Service ever, I will not recommend any one to buy a car from this dealer. I finally, withdraw my deposit, and walked away from this dealer and never look back!!!!! More

I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota 4Runner from Balise Toyota and had a fantastic experience. My initial contact was with Erick Nelson, who greeted me with a warm smile, took the time to inquire as to wh Toyota and had a fantastic experience. My initial contact was with Erick Nelson, who greeted me with a warm smile, took the time to inquire as to what I was looking for, provided me knowledgable insight into the current programs from the factory, and the inventory in stock (both Highlander and 4Runner). Erick then set me up with Bob Cipriano for the opportunity to test drive both vehicles. Bob was EXTREMELY knowledgeable on the vehicles, pointing out every feature and tailoring the test drive to show off the attributes that were important to me (4 wheel drive, downhill assist, turning radius, etc). It was encouraging to hear that Bob actually owned a 4Runner and could speak to how the vehicle would perform once I drove it off the lot in different conditions. Bob provided a stress-free purchase environment, answered all my questions thoroughly, and most importantly made my wife and I comfortable. In the future there is no other salesman I would give my business to other than Bob. After making a determination to move forward with the purchase, Josh Barbosa was able to secure me a very competitive finance rate and walked me through the financial paperwork painlessly without a lot of up-sell. Since my decision to purchase - Balise was able to put leather into the vehicle, install the accessories I required, and transfer my registration from Nissan (traded in a lease) to me all within 5 business days. In the end all three individuals treated me with a high level of professionalism, didn't waste my time with a bunch of dealer BS, and offered me an amazing deal that beat all other Toyota dealers in both purchase price, interest rate, and trade-in value. I highly recommend Balise Toyota to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
