I took my leased vehicle for an initial service and waited 3 hours for the car to be serviced after I was told it would take an hour. They did not do a very good job and qouted me an expensive price to waited 3 hours for the car to be serviced after I was told it would take an hour. They did not do a very good job and qouted me an expensive price to remove some sap from the car so I took the car to my former dealer who did an excellent job cleaning the car of sap and didn't even charge me because it was such an easy remedy and they were not even a Toyota dealer. We went to this dealership because we saw an add for a ford focus that was in our price range and had the features we were looking for. Upon arrival we were greeted by Arnie Bennett. He was friendly and knowledgable about the car we were interested in. We really just went to look but ended up buying the car that day. Unfortunately we couldn't complete the paperwork that day due to a prior commitment but Arnie made arrangements for all the paperwork to be ready for us for when we came back he next day. When we came back we worked with Sam one of he financial employees. He expedited all the paperwork quickly and arranged for someone to register our car during the week. (We were there on a Sunday). I must add that we live in Massachusetts and the dealership is in Rhode Island. This wasn't an issue at all. Our overall experience was wonderful. We would recommend this dealership to anyone.
