I took my leased vehicle for an initial service and waited 3 hours for the car to be serviced after I was told it would take an hour. They did not do a very good job and qouted me an expensive price to waited 3 hours for the car to be serviced after I was told it would take an hour. They did not do a very good job and qouted me an expensive price to remove some sap from the car so I took the car to my former dealer who did an excellent job cleaning the car of sap and didn't even charge me because it was such an easy remedy and they were not even a Toyota dealer.
