Recently, I had an annoying and worrying noise that could only be heard under certain driving conditions. The service department never doubted the noise and encouraged me to come back when I heard it. So I only be heard under certain driving conditions. They had the service fellow go out with me, he then had his manager go out with him. The problem was located, the parts ordered and a loaner car provided while the car was fixed. I am so happy . Like others, I had a negative experience here. I did not feel like everything was on the up and up. I came in knowing the car I wanted and having gone over the lease numbers twice with someone on the phone feel like everything was on the up and up. I was then told there was a mistake in the ad they had placed on the Internet and I would owe $500 more and the car I wanted had a higher monthly lease than I was lead to believe. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch and from what I can tell reading these reviews here, it seems a common practice there. The worst part was when they brought me to the office to sign the lease. The guy told me I could not read the lease contract until after I had signed it. He refused to print it out for me and made me read it on the screen while he sat there and growled at me. He also tried to sell me GAP insurance, which he insisted I had to have. It was an additional $130 month. I said I would like to think about it and this only infuriated him further. He said I had to give him an answer the next day by noon. It was like I had personally insulted him. I soon found out from my Allstate broker that the coverage he was talking about would cost me about $14 a year extra. Do not under any circumstances buy their GAP insurance. It's a hustle. I wound up paying more or less what I expected though I still have a lurking feeling there are hidden fees and charges I will discover. It took them five hours to complete the deal even though I came in with a price pre-negotiated and said I wanted the car. You can go here, but you'll have to fight long and hard to get them to honor their price. This dealership does Toyota no great service. More

The staff was friendly, but I was lied too and mislead. I filled out all the paperwork for a new vehicle, had the price agreed upon for a monthly payment, they stickered my trade, everything. They told me that they were just going to gas up the new car, and 30 minutes later, someone else came out and and told me that the payment was going to be $100 MORE than what they signed off on. They told me it was their mistake but did nothing to correct or rectify it. They just had a "Oh well" attitude about it. I went to another dealer and got a higher trim of the same vehicle for LESS money and a LOWER monthly payment. Do not recommend Balise. More
