So I asked the sales representative that my husband had dealt with to call when the vehicle came in. I received the call and went to Balise on Saturday and upgraded to my new 2015 4 cyl venza black with ivory exterior. Balise hires the best employees to work with you if you are seeking to purchase a car. No pressure. No call back after buying a car there 2 months ago I am very disappointed in Harry Nyugen and Shawn Lajunese. I reached out to the dealership about a week ago to look into purchasing another car from this dealership. I spoke with a female that said she would pass information on to Shawn. I provided him with all of the details, all he needed to do was call me. No call. So yesterday on the 26th of July, the same female called back to make sure I was happy with their service and that Shawn got back to me. I told her I didn't even receive a call a back. She told me that she would speak to Shawn and that I would hear back from him. I told her I didn't want to wait around all day for a call. Good thing I didn't because I NEVER got a call. So I called today and asked for Harry Nyugen because he helped us buy a car a couple of months ago. I was very happy with his service although I must say they weren't great about getting back to me then. THERE IS DEFINITELY CRACKS IN THEIR SERVICE AND I GUARENTEE THERE ARE MISSED OPPORTUNITIES FOR MORE SALES BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF QUICK CORRESPONDENCE. Harry also said he would speak to Ed and get back to me. But GUESS WHAT? NO CALL AGAIN. At first there was an issue with the monthly payment but he and other sales consultant Richard really worked at it to get me to a price I was comfortable with.
