My friend and I went to Balise Toyota last Saturday to test drive a new Rav 4, one of 3 cars I had selected as prospects for buying. Vinny worked diligently to help work out the details regarding my trade in, adding the extras I wanted and settling on a price I could afford. It was an extremely busy day at the dealership yet Vinny made sure every aspect of buying my new car was seamless , including the new car orientation which he did after business hours on his own time. I am very pleased with my new and first Toyota and especially with my experience with Vinny Campanella. More

Recently visited Balise Toyota of Warwick for the first time. I needed a repair on my undercarriage of my Rav4. I left my car with the service department and they ordered my part. There was a little break down in communication when calling to check on the status of my repair. The gentleman who waited on me, Jeffrey Fagundes, waved the charge for my repairs and absolutely treated me with total respect.
