Recently visited Balise Toyota of Warwick for the first time. I needed a repair on my undercarriage of my Rav4. I left my car with the service department and they ordered my part. The gentleman who waited on me, Jeffrey Fagundes, waved the charge for my repairs and absolutely treated me with total respect.
