He dealt with 2 other customers while waiting for my paperwork (who were a bit trying) in a very caring and professional manner. Another important reason for returning to Steve Lewis is the service I have experienced -outstanding -actually find the same people still working there even after 3 years!!! This time I met the owner himself who stopped by Todd's desk - very friendly - casual in his bermuda shorts! Good place to do business. More
My car is new so right now all I'm taking it in for is scheduled maintenance. So far, everything seems to be going fine. Since the car is new, the service charges are minimal and the time spent waiting for the work to be completed has been acceptable. This is my first Subaru and first experience with this dealership so it's hard to tell at this point if they're a "great" place to buy a car. Like I said above, so far everything is fine and I will continue to take my car there to be serviced. There is also a body shop and car rental office on the premises so if you dings removed or scratches repaired, it's very convenient. More
