We’ve purchased two cars in the last few years here. Two incidents pertaining to the Sales department were abysmal. Loan paperwork had to be resubmitted to our bank because of errors. When we finalized the paperwork on our first vehicle we saw that they up sold us on a higher warranty than what we had agreed to. The Service department has generally been unpleasant and also tried to inflate prices on genuine Subaru parts that were easily priced online. Why would a Brand new Subaru need six bulbs replaced within two years? Your mileage may vary. More
