So I was looking for a pre owned Subaru. I was looking for either an Outback or a Forester. As a musician, I like to have the ability to carry my gear around and the all wheel drive is always nice in Rhod for either an Outback or a Forester. So I was checking Subaru dealerships websites and I saw a used Forester on the Belise page that was in my price range and what I was looking for. So I emailed the site and Bryan Breedon got back to me quickly and told me about condition and everything else I needed to know. I was interested, so I told him I would be down the next day around two, he gave me his phone number and told me if I needed anything to give him a call. So when I got to the dealership the next day I was greeted nicely. As a first time car buyer and a young guy they treated me very professionally. I took the car for a test drive, Bryan was very knowledgeable about the car. He took time to show me everything about the car and then we got back to the dealership I told him this was the one. So we went inside and started to take care of the paper work. I anxious about this part, because I don't have a lot of credit history and I was worried about if and how high the rates were going to be. They were able to find a good rate and solid monthly payment within my range and I was able to take my 05 Forester home. I'm a very happy car owner. More
I got the car that I wanted at the price I wanted along with professional courtesy help! I was somewhat apprehensive going out to purcahse a car on my own (without a man!), but found that all of the stori with professional courtesy help! I recently brought in my 2004 Subaru Outback H-6 for service and an inspection, after explaining the issues I had with my car to Marc Gervais he was very helpful. I had some vibrations that I assumed w service and an inspection, after explaining the issues I had with my car to Marc Gervais he was very helpful. I had some vibrations that I assumed were wheel bearings and explained it to him that way. Marc is very knowledgeable about Subarus and told me that replacing rear wheel bearings is a common thing for cars the age and mileage of mine (175,000 Miles). He assured me that they would get to the bottom of the vibrations and the other items I asked about plus perform the state inspection while I was at work and have it ready for pickup when my work day was done. They checked out all the issues I had, and found that it was not a wheel bearing but that my tires were worn to a point of vibrating. So we decided to have new tires put on but they didn't have them in stock so Marc ordered the ones I wanted. That day after all the investigating they did to find the source of the vibration and other things I was only charged for the state inspection. I returned the following week to have the tires installed and had another good experience with the service department. I want to thank Marc and the Service team for being ethical and trustworthy and not just installing new wheel bearings because that's what the customer thought it was. More
I found everyone who helped me at Ballise Subaru to be most accomodating and interested in me as a consumer. Joe Cukier is a wonderful young man and great salesman as he attended very well to all the det most accomodating and interested in me as a consumer. After having visited another car dealership where they were extremely pushy, I was reluctant to visit another dealership. The entire staff at Balise Subaru of Warwick is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. General Manager Randy Sassone has this dealership running like a well oiled machine. The 2010 Imprezza WRX we purchased had been thoroughly inspected and hand any worn items replaced. A couple of minor problems were discovered after we got the car home, Randy and his staff rectified the immediately at no charge and with no argument, the said their goal was our satisfaction. The finance manager Michael Harrington is the best I have met in the business, my experience with him is the only pleasant car finance purchase experience I have ever had in my life. Mark Gervais and Nate Meyer in the service department always make customer satisfaction their number one goal. More
