went from great to bad!! leased a new Subaru legacy in 2012 from kevin in the sales and finance dept" everything was great!! now the lease is almost up in about 5 monthes! t leased a new Subaru legacy in 2012 from kevin in the sales and finance dept" everything was great!! now the lease is almost up in about 5 monthes! they keep sending me emails to trade it in early but everytime I inquire about it!! they never get back to me!! very rude to say the lease I liked this dealership when I first leased my car:" but I guess things have changed?? they never return your calls and trouble is eventually there going to see me in july when I turn the car in!! and im sure they'll be flying around me like ----- on dog doo!! thank you I hope things change!! More

Surprisingly, many of the sales people I spoke with knew very little about their cars. Tim Bartlett over at Balise was the exception. I could tell that he is passionate about cars. Everything he said matched up with my own research, so I felt I could trust him when he told me something I didn't know. They were very upfront and candid about what they had to offer and what there pricing was. I ended up placing a order for a new WRX with the options that I wanted. It arrived in the US sooner than I expected (and sooner than Tim's estimate.) When I came in to pick it up, everything went smoothly. Tim walked me through the car setup, and answered any questions I had. All the paperwork was ready. There were no hidden fees or surprises (something that has happened to me at other dealers.) I would definitely buy another car from Tim at Balise. More

Bait and Switch Great advertised price for 2014 leftover Subaru Crosstrek Hybrids. We made an appointment and were told that 2 of the 3 advertised were sold and the Great advertised price for 2014 leftover Subaru Crosstrek Hybrids. We made an appointment and were told that 2 of the 3 advertised were sold and the 3rd was out for a test drive! We sat in a waiting area for 45mins before being given this information! What a waste of my time, I will never go back. More

He is very knowledgeable about the different Subaru models and when I have any questions he always provides detailed answers. I like new technology and since there are so many new gadgets to choose from on cars these days, it takes me awhile to make a decision on which one I to get.
