Talked to Chris Jutras, He said he would give me the same price as a dealer in MA, when I arrived, I reconfirmed the price, he said yes. After 1 1/2 hrs of waiting, filling out papers and credit application, They said they couldn't honor the price, they wanted $1,300 more out of pocket. It was apples for apples with the dealer in MA. They wasted my day. This has never happened to me in 35 years of buying new cars every 2-3 years. Salesmen talk about dealerships that give you one price on the phone, then change it at the end,I think Balise Nissan of Warwick is one of those dealerships, but I'am giving them one more chance, I emailed Mike Balise and received a response: Quote: "Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know of your concerns. We really appreciate that you gave us the chance to resolve this issue. Balise strives to deliver superior customer service and it seems as though we have failed to do this. We are looking into this situation and we will contact you as soon as we have some more information. Again, thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right and to provide you with the level of customer service that you expect. I really beleive my sales person Chris Jutras was honest with the original price quote, but his manager betrayed him. 12/31/2011 General Manager (Stephen) Of the Warwick store called and said he would check into the situation, and get back to me later in the day or Monday. 01/02/2012 Stephen kept his word and called Monday @ 5:14 pm. He stated it is not their intention to mislead people, but he couldn't sell the car for what the other dealer was selling it for, they would be loosing money. He asked if I was near a computer and I said yes, then I told him which dealer was selling the same car (but different color) for $2,000 cheaper. He saw the price on line, but still would not sell the car for that price, but offered to sell the car to me at a higher price if I was interested. I asked Stephen if he saw the orginal Email that I sent Chris Jutris with all the prices and payments, He said yes. He responded by, leave more of a down payment, and we can get you to the monthly price you want to pay, or pick out a maxima with less extras. Bailse preys on people who don't know any better. The most upsetting part was the car salesman mislead me to get me down to the dealership. What a waste of time!!! You decide if you want to deal with this type of company! More

I had been searching for used cars in Rhode Island for at least 2 months. To which end, I had visited almost every dealership in the State and came across a number of cowboys endeavouring to sell rust bucket least 2 months. Balise Nissan however, presented a whole new encounter. We had left the nearby dealership after receiving poor and abysmal service. Upon approach, we were greeted by Carvol Coleman, who had seen my fiancée and I long before we entered the forecourt. We were impressed from the get go with his extremely professional and proficient manner. Not only was he willing to work with us, he listened attentively and was able to cater to our needs (something that was lacking in all the other dealerships we visited). We test drove the first car we had seen and instantly fell in love with it. Not only did it drive well, the mileage was low and it had all the trimmings (plus more than we could have ever imagined). Working with both Carvol Coleman and Mark Menzies to negotiate the best deal that very day we purchased the car and the paper work was completed by Diane (Finance Manager) in a timely manner. The car was in a fairly decent condition but after Balise Nissan, gave it the once over. My car came out looking like a new ride!! After months of looking – I have the perfect car and I will certainly recommend Balise to all my family, friends and colleagues looking to purchase a car. Chris and Charles were able to get us a car that we really liked, and payments we could afford. They went above and beyond to qualify and finance us. I would highly recommend Balise, very pleasant staff, no pushy salesman, everyone made you feel very comfortable. I've had my car (08 nissan altima) for about a week now and i love it!!! Looking forward to going back in a few years and hopefully buying a new car this time. More

Everything he showed me was in my range - He never tried to oversell me, not once. I got a great trade in also. Pricing was upfront as advertised. We essentially did the deal via email. It was simple,and professsionally done. He is genuinely a great guy. I would highly suggest anyone looking for a new or used Nissan contact Chris Jutras at Balise Nissan of Warwick. There was absolutely no pressure by the sales person to purchase the 2 vehicles. The sales manager was very friendly and gave us the best deal possible. We were also introduced to the Service Department personal who would be dealing with us when we need service in the future. We would strongly reccomend Balise Nissan to all our friends and relatives. This is the reason why we gave the dealership a high reccomendation. More
I came to Balise Nissan this past week to test drive the Rogue and was ready to buy. After driving one of the last 2011s on the lot in the options that I wanted - I realized it wouldn't sit on the lot for Rogue and was ready to buy. After driving one of the last 2011s on the lot in the options that I wanted - I realized it wouldn't sit on the lot for long and that I'd had to act. I told the salesman that I wanted to sit down and work out the numbers. He asked me if I had a trade and I told him that yes, I had a 2007 Santa Fe with 62k miles on it; also that I owed 10,600 on my loan and he responded with "You'll only get 7k on it if you're lucky. I wouldn't recommend trading in your vehicle." I then referenced Kelly Blue Book value and he laughed in my face. What a difference a few minutes could make! I was ready to buy and he just pushed me away from the sale. Do you know what I did? I walked right across the parking lot to Balise Subaru and a few days later ended up buying a Subaru Outback from a very friendly, honest and respectful and PROFESSIONAL salesman there. I got 10,700 for my vehicle and 1,500 below invoice on the new vehicle. The Subaru salesman took the time to appraise my trade-in where Nissan low-balled me without even looking at it. I would not recommend Balise Nissan to anyone. I guess it all worked out in my favor because I am extremely happy with my new Subaru Outback! More
I bought a brand-new 2012 Magnetic Gray Versa. Chris Jutras was the sales consultant for my vehicle. This guy offered me the best deal out of any Nissan Dealerships in New England from day one. No other dealership would come close. All the negotiations happened online via email. I told him this is the lowest price offer I got from somewhere else, he countered it right away and the number he threw in was below invoice price. It was a very quick and hassle-free transaction. Since the car I wanted was pretty rare because of the popularity of the color, options i wanted in the car, and its limited productions, he promised me he could get the same exact one I wanted in two days. He delivered the goods with absolutely no BS on time. I see why he has all these platinum awards hovering above his desk for best sales consultant of the year back-to-back for how many years back. He is straight up. He will go above and beyond to get exactly what you want and he is very easy to work with. He didn't waste none of my time blabbering about other model cars, upgrades, or anything that does not pertain to the vehicle that I wanted. See this guy if you do buy a Nissan car. I am extremely happy with the overall price, options he threw in, and the high quality service he provided making my new car purchase a pleasurable one... More
After researching various auto websites over the past 2 years (i.e. - www.cars.com, www.autotrader.com, etc.), I recently drove 180 miles from N.Y. to R.I. yesterday to purchase a 2010 Toyota Camry XLE fro years (i.e. - www.cars.com, www.autotrader.com, etc.), I recently drove 180 miles from N.Y. to R.I. yesterday to purchase a 2010 Toyota Camry XLE from Balise Nissan. They advertised a "no hassle price" which was several thousand dollars below Kelley Blue Book value and the listed price was indeed the actual cost of the car (i.e. - excluding down payment and involving no "bait & switch" tactics). This was confirmed one week prior through a live online web chat on the Balise Nissan website with an employee named Mike (who was very informative). The car was in great condition (Clean CarFax, everything worked perfectly) and I was allowed to test-drive the vehicle over various roads / surfaces. The entire process was entirely stress-free as my sales consultant Carvol Coleman was very helpful and worked with me, including being available by cellular phone as well as text messaging on his days off, to ensure that I received the best price possible. He was very knowledgeable and presented all possible financial options to purchase the vehicle without placing any pressure. I would definitely return to buy another vehicle and will recommend this dealership to friends. Thank you again employees of Balise Nissan. More
