I was not expecting to purchase a new vehicle so soon and the situation had me stressed out and nervous. I shopped around for a bit, and dealt with some questionable dealerships and salesmen. Every stereotype I was afraid of became true, until I decided to head to Balise Nissan in Warwick. Immediately we were greeted by Donny Chakoian, and immediately we knew we had come to the right place. He treated my mother and I like he had known us for years, and it felt that way! He took the ENTIRE buying experience up a notch and made us feel right at home. Donny was funny, kind, informative, and excellent at his job! Not only was I happy to spend my money at Balise, but I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Donny, thank you for making me the happiest new car owner there could possibly ever be! "Love my Nissan!" Great Service from Donny, Scott & Mark I was little nervous to start the car buying process. However that was not the experience I had at Balise Nissan. When I walked in which was later in I was little nervous to start the car buying process. However that was not the experience I had at Balise Nissan. When I walked in which was later in the evening I had a wonderful sales associate sit and talk with me (Donny Chakoian). I don't think he knew as he was pitching his sale I was working on my phone. However that didn't interrupt him for letting me test drive my current vehicle. It was very nice to sit there and laugh and not be pressured by your typical car sales associate. After the test drive I said I would return. Well I did exactly that and got to also meet the Sales Manager Mark and the General Manager Scott. The vehicle I was inquiring about just needed some minor touch ups. Donny, Scott & Mark made sure that this would be taken care of. I must say it was a wonderful experience and I can highly recommend these gentlemen if anyone ever is in need of a used or new Nissan. Thank you to Donny, Scott and Mark for making me a permanent Nissan owner! Very thankful & happy customer! More

Donny Chakoian was helpful without being pushy, knowledgeable and accommodating to answer our many questions. His professional and immediate response to our interest made this the easiest car transaction we have ever experienced. Our concerns were met with a willingness and diligence to take care of every detail. The dealership has all the paperwork for any loan that's necessary, with an Allstate agent right there on the premises to handle all the insurance changes. It was so convenient and Matt even made some beneficial changes to our policy which would be in our best interest. A great team and we are satisfied customers!! More

Wonderful experience at Balise Car buying can be an anxious experience when you consider the amount of money you'll have to shell out, plus the "real worth" of the vehicle you want. Car buying can be an anxious experience when you consider the amount of money you'll have to shell out, plus the "real worth" of the vehicle you want. Reality is that dealerships are there to make money so there's a fine line between their staying in the black and you not losing your shirt in negotiating. However, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised in our dealings at Balise Nissan when we met our salesman,Richard Huchel. Rich met us after we'd browsed the lot for a little while and with no pressure mentioned that if we either had questions or would like to see more of anything he'd be there to help. By this time I had found the truck I liked and asked for a test ride. After the ride we talked price but again no pressure. Come on back after you've thought about it and we can fine tune the numbers , he said. Just that "let me know if I can help" attitude without "let's make a deal now " pressure put us at ease. I wanted to sleep on it and maybe shop around before I made a decision. We visited another dealership the following day and though they had nothing on the lot that interested us we were assured by the sales manager that they could get us anything I wanted at what ever price or better than the "other dealership" had offered and please don't leave without the promise of giving them a chance to beat the price......! Here it comes, the pressure. After weighing the advantage of a friendly local dealer to one on the other side of Providence, the possible difference of a few dollars a month more didn't seem worth the effort of re-haggling a price. Upon returning to Balise, the Sales Manager, Scott Sniffin, introduced himself and assured us that he would find any Nissan incentives he could to help make our purchase easier if we indeed decided to buy. By now we decided that this was the best deal we were going to get and let's go with it, but with out any further prompting Scott threw in a couple of "goodies" that we hadn't anticipated thus making the sale even sweeter. Lastly I'd like to thank Brandon Potter, my Balise Internet Contact for all his help and connecting the dots when I had questions. Thanks Guys for making this an enjoyable experience.. More

NOT ONLY DID BRANDON POTTER AND HELENO MIRANDA WOR I RECENTLY VISITED BALISE NISSAN OF WARWICK AND WAS TREATED WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND COURTESY. NOT ONLY DID BRANDON POTTER AND HELENO MIRANDA WORK AS HARD AS THEY COULD TO MEET ALL OF MY NEEDS, I ALSO FELT THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. FROM THE MOMENT I ENTERED THE DEALERSHIP TO THE VERY END WITH DESIREE MEROLA IN THE FINANCE DEPT., I FELT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MY SATISFACTION WAS THEIR TOP PRIORITY. I IMMEDIATELY FELT THE PRIDE THEY SHARED WITH THE BALISE DEALERSHIP. My new car I went in on Thursday to see what I could find in my price range for a new lease, my current lease was up at the end of the month. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. Mike explained everything to me in terms I could understand and put absolutely no pressure on me to enter into a deal that did not meet my budget. Joe also helped with explaining to me the pros and cons of the Sentra vs. the Altima. Overall I had a very good experience, I got a car I love at a price I can live with. More

Taking a different approach we decided to negotiate through email and eventually made it into the dealership to speak in person to finalize details. One thing that I unsure of was for this internet promotion the pricing is already priced aggressively, so negotiation is strict. But upon more research on what I was looking for the car was priced 3000 lower than what KBB was quoting me, so that was a plus. Always looking for more off I was able to get new tires, a couple of complimentary oil changes (which normally is for new car purchases from what I was told at this location), and new splash guards in the rear (the ones on it were scuffed slightly. In addition, I was able to get a few more hundred off that agreed price which I was hoping for more but from research the deal was already pretty good. I was glad we were able to repeat purchase here because of the success that we've had in the past. Being a certified Nissan car it came with a warranty, although with the other options they offered I decided to only take the standard warranty. The woman I dealt with for the financial portion I feel was a little disappointed that I didn't purchase any additional warranties, but in the end it's was I want and not what they would hope I would purchase. I recommend this place to anyone looking for friendly sales reps and negotiable prices. More
