Bought new 2017 Altima It’s been about a week since I bought my car. I figured I would write a review after a week just to see how everything was and what was to come. I had It’s been about a week since I bought my car. I figured I would write a review after a week just to see how everything was and what was to come. I had a great experience and great salesman. Nothing drew me to going to Balise, no family members used Balise, I didn’t look at reviews or anything. The thing that brought me here was they sold Nissans and they were close to my house. I told my girlfriend the night before that I just wanted to test drive then would think about making a decision. I found the car I wanted to test drive and walked into the sales building and was greeted immediately by Donny who was very nice and down to earth. He asked what my plans and goals were. I told him right out I just wanted to test drive and get numbers so I could think about the decision. He said ok no problem and then told me how he wasn’t going to be pushy and sell me the car if I didn’t want it. In my head I was thinking yeah ok. We went on the test drive and came back walked back to his desk and he grabbed him card, wrote his number on it and told me that when I was ready to give him a call and we could set up a time to talk about numbers. I thought “no way this guy is just going to let me walk out of here like that” but he was all set to let me leave and walk out, not knowing if Id set up a time or go somewhere else and get another car. I ended up getting the new 2017 Altima and after a week of use I still love this car and wish I hadn’t waited as long as a I have to get one. I got the trade in value I wanted for my old car and put a down payment with the right amount I wanted to. If you go to Balise Nissan I recommend asking for Donny and dealing with him. The next day I came back to sign the papers and get the car. This part took a little bit longer then I had thought it was going to be. I’m not complaining because I didn’t care about waiting so much, I was just anxious and dying to get the car and go drive it The whole process took about 4 hours but it was a Saturday and they seemed to be a little busier than I thought but that was fine with me. I got to the finance office and met with Heleno who was just as great. This being my first time buying a car and dealing with paper work and payments myself he explained everything to me thoroughly and was patient with me and all my questions. At the end before leaving Donny gave me another quick run-down of the car checking for any glue or scratches. He did apologize for how long everything took and gave me a couple free oil changes to make up for it. The wait was worth it. A week later and I love driving this car each day. Awesome Experience When we arrived we were met outside by not your ordinary pushy salesperson; but a down to earth young man. I was already driving a Nissan Rogue but I also was leaning toward a totally different make and dealership. Once I explained this to Donny you would think he would become pushy ,not one bit, he just kept on using his charismatic personality like we were sitting at his kitchen table having coffee and pastry. I looked around, went for a ride in a vehicle, then we sat down and started talking business. Of course, with him it wasn't in the usual way, feeling pressured, uncomfortable, etc. He did more running back and forth, trying to get me the best deal. I really wasn't crazy about the color, so off he went again and found me the color I wanted! If you're looking for an honest car salesman, ask for Donny. He definitely has a loyal customer for years. When I got to the dealer, I was greeted by Donny, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and did everything he could to help me. Most importantly, he was not a typical pushy salesman. Keep doing what your doing and you will have loyal customers for years. More

As a first time buyer of a new vehicle, I really wanted to do my research on the vehicles I was looking at and take my time making my decision. Matthew Reynolds was extremely helpful and patient with me during this process. I visited the dealership multiple times before purchasing my car and every time Matt had all the answers I needed. Brandon also made it a point to follow up with me before I left each time to make sure I was leaving happy. There were no gimmicks or tricks, everything was laid out in an honest, simple way which was very comforting. Now have a brand new 2017 Nissan Pathfinder that I love! Thank you all! More

Purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima I went to browse vehicles at Balise, Donny Chakoian was the salesman. He was very easy to work with. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from him. Correction of pre-delivery issues After purchasing a new vehicle, I was advised to wait until first oil change if I needed warranty issues to be corrected. I brought the vehicle in for oil change and correction of things that should have been identified in pre-delivery inspection and salesman. When I picked up the vehicle most of the items were not corrected or I was told were my issue. I contacted the service manager who ( I think) turned my problems over to Brian Fry , assistant service manager. Brian contacted me and we went over each item. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with. So much so, that I even brought another vehicle I own into his department for service. I highly recommend him for getting the job done right and with a smile. More
