My wife and I chose Balise Nissan over several closer dealerships because we believed their reputation reflected a higher standard of professionalism. Unfortunately, what we experienced, particularly fro dealerships because we believed their reputation reflected a higher standard of professionalism. Unfortunately, what we experienced, particularly from management, revealed a very different culture. A simple miscommunication about a loaner vehicle led us to drive nearly two hours only to leave without transportation. Frustrating, but ultimately fixable. What was not fixable was the conduct of manager Michael Hartley, whose behavior was so dismissive and confrontational that it left both of us genuinely stunned. From the moment he shook my hand, he made it clear he had no interest in listening, assisting, or even acknowledging our concerns. His tone was sharp, his demeanor was hostile, and the way he spoke to my wife was, without exaggeration, demeaning. I thank God that He gave me the self control to not escalate the situation because it could’ve gone from bad to worse quickly. It was the kind of interaction that stays with you, not because of what was said, but because of how deliberately disrespectful it felt. To their credit, Chandler and Mahmoud treated us with professionalism and courtesy. But leadership defines culture, and what we encountered from management reflects an alarming gap between the reputation Balise advertises and the reality customers may encounter. Respect should be the bare minimum in any business transaction. Leaving this dealership feeling diminished is deeply disappointing and something we will not forget. We attempted to resolve this matter privately by reaching out to the Balise group directly, hoping to handle the situation internally and constructively. Months have passed without a single response. That silence speaks volumes. It has also become clear that customer concerns, even those involving managerial misconduct, are not taken seriously at the corporate level. If leadership at the corporate level cannot acknowledge or address a situation this serious, then the presence of someone like Mr. Hartley in a management role becomes sadly predictable and makes perfect sense. This review is not about whether someone should or shouldn’t buy a vehicle at this dealership; as I mentioned, both our salesperson and F&I Manager treated us with respect. But as someone who has been in leadership before, I believe leaders must be held to a higher standard and they must set a higher standard, as well. We’re all entitled to have bad days, but no one is entitled to engage in reprehensible behavior. And as a brand, Balise should not be able to look past or defend this kind of conduct; doing so risks sending the message that this behavior is aligned with their values, which would be deeply concerning. Took my Nissan MAXIMA for an alternater and battery replacement not only did they cry charge me lots of money but when I picked up my car the AC wasn’t working so they told me I never had AC in car wor replacement not only did they cry charge me lots of money but when I picked up my car the AC wasn’t working so they told me I never had AC in car working I told them it was ice cold when I took my car for repairs after big blow out argument they finally fixed my AC but I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one to take car for service they are terrible worst experience ever I’m also taking my car to check parts they put in my vehicle don’t trust them at all More

I was refused to be told my percentage rate before I went into the finance department with an extremely anxiety inducing gentleman. He kept repeating himself and not really talking about anything related to the purchase. I never received a second set of keys for my vehicle. Once I got it home I noticed the locks didn't work, there were fuses either missing or blown and a speaker was blown out. They fixed the locks and fuses but refuses to fix the speakers. I should have just returned it because it was within a few weeks I bought the car that I brought it in to be checked over. I was unaware of MY RIGHTS. I will NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE. MY rate ended up being extremely high for an 825 credit score but wasn't allowed to be told my rate until the last minute so I felt stuck. They make you feel stuck. Don't ever go here. I've emailed them multiple times with no response. All they had to do to make it better was give me another key and fix the speakers. I paid 19,000 for a 4 year old car at the time that didn't even have everything right on it. They took advantage of me. More

We explained what we were looking for and the situation we were in. Our daughter totaled her car and we had to wait for the insurance company to finalize the paperwork. Mr. Coleman listened to our needs and our concerns and then gave us some options. We left that day and returned a few days later. Bottom line is this CC Coleman is hands down one of the best if not the best people I have dealt with at a dealership. Honest, straight forward, no xx, listened to us and gave us realistic options. No smoke and mirrors just plain ol honesty and integrity You need a car, go to Balise Nissan and ask for CC. You will not be disappointed. More

This was our second car purchased at Balise Nissan and if it wasn’t for Bobby Calise we wouldn’t be the satisfied customers we are today.
