I wanted to trade in my car for a newer certified preowned car. I worked with Calli Stone. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Calli was able to answer all questions I had about the car. I called ahead about the car I was interested in and she had it read with a plate on it up front for me to test drive. She did a quick go over of some features and let me take it for a drive. I loved the car and decided to proceed with the trade in. I was able to negotiate the price of my trade in to a higher amount, negotiated the price of the warranty down, and I was able to negotiate my interest rate down as well. It was an easy process to negotiate pricing I feel they were very fair with me and I like the new to me car I got. All the staff I dealt with were very helpful and polite. They also didnt send my credit app out to a whole bunch of banks like other dealerships do, which has a bad impact on your credit. They selected 3 and got me a reasonable financing offer. Upon delivery Calli spent over an hour in the car with me going over all the features of the vehicle and making sure my phone was on the bluetooth etc. This was by far the best sales person car delivery I have had in a very long time. Major xxxxxxto Calli Stone. My only complaint was the detailing of the car upon delivery the next day. The car had a few light scratches in the clear coat that could easily buff out and I asked they be buffed out. And the detailing staff did not do it. The detail center also wildly over did it on the tire dressing. They put so much stuff on there it was so shiny, it looked like Vaseline, and splattered all over the sides of the car as soon as I started to drive. It took 4 trips through the car wash and some cleaning by hand to get that stuff off the sides of the car. I did follow up and talk to them about that, they said they would address the situation.
