I was not even in the market for a new car, but had a service appointment for my 2015 Sonata with almost 100,000 on it. O'Brian reached out to me after seeing my service appointment and wanted to make me aware of all of the great deals on the current Sonatas, and asked if I would be interested in trading in my 3 year old car for a brand new one. I ended up saving $10 a month of my car payment and bringing no money down. It was a win/win situation for me to have the piece of mind knowing that I would be driving a brand new vehicle and not have to worry about any repairs in the near future. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle! More

Poisoned a 12 year relationship in one transaction Today I brought my under-warranty 2011 Hyundai Veracruz to this dealership for two manufacturer recall campaigns. Later in the day I received a call Today I brought my under-warranty 2011 Hyundai Veracruz to this dealership for two manufacturer recall campaigns. Later in the day I received a call from the service advisor informing me that one of my brake calipers was "sticking" and had nearly worn out the pad. I was informed that a sticking caliper is not covered by the Hyundai Assurance bumper-to-bumper warranty - the caliper must seize before it is covered. A phone call to Hyundai USA opened a case there but I was informed the dealer is the arbiter of what is an is not covered under the warranty. I started this day a loyal Hyundai customer of 12 years and ended the day filing a complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General. What a disappointing experience from a brand and dealer I have valued for years. More
A Pleasant Surprise! Wow! My husband and I have dealt with many car sales people over the years, but Mark and JJ rise right to the top. Mark was friendly and attentive, bu Wow! When he didn't know an answer to one of our questions, he immediately found out from someone else. He was very relaxed and even allowed us to drive the car on our own. He was a pleasure to deal with! Our dealings with JJ were just as positive. He was friendly,knowledgeable and fair. Your Hyundai dealership is in great hands! Routine Maintenance I actually took my vehicle in for routine maintenance and while I was in the waiting room I received a call from the dealership asking if I was intere I actually took my vehicle in for routine maintenance and while I was in the waiting room I received a call from the dealership asking if I was interested in upgrading to a newer vehicle. I was not interested but the sales employee approached me and persuaded me to at least look at some numbers and options. Needless to say I did eventually purchase a 2014 Tucson. I did not feel obligated to purchase and OBrian was very considerate of my hesitation since I was very happy with the 2011 Tuscon I already had. I will continue to recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. The service is exceptional. More
Great experience. I had done fairly extensive research before going in, and even though my Hyundai kept coming up in my research, I didn't know anyone who has one, and was expecting to just go in and cros before going in, and even though my Hyundai kept coming up in my research, I didn't know anyone who has one, and was expecting to just go in and cross it off my list. Silly me. I know own a 2011 Sonata. The salesman, Mark Anderson was really easy to deal with. He really listened, and best of all, everything he said was true (I had walked away from a few other cars I probably would have been happy with because the sales people couldn't stop lying). All the cars I looked at there were priced well (I looked at Edmunds, CR, and did a lot of phone shopping) so haggling was pretty minimal. I was never rushed, and never made to feel that if I didn't sign today, I'd lose the opportunity of a lifetime, or any other dealership xx. I've been driving it for almost a month, and I'm quite pleased. More
My car was very close to being paid off when I had an accident that totaled it. Needless to say, looking for another car was not something I wanted to do, and I wasn't sure I could even afford one. The folks at Balise Hyundai had me walking out with a certified pre-owned car and a smile on my face. My salesperson, Judy McLaughlin, was extremely helpful and caring. She went to bat for me and came up with a great price on an Elantra. James Tinsley, the Business Manager, worked very hard getting me the interest rate and monthly payment I could live with. All-in-all, the experience was seamless from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Balise Hyundai. Wish I could remember the Sales Manager on duty that day, but THANK YOU to everyone who made my experience at Balise Hyundai such a good one! More
I had to call AAA because I locked my keys in the trunk. The AAA service broke the locks on both my front doors of my 2013 Elantra not even 4 months old so neither would open from the outside.. The service manager went out of his way to coordinate the cost of the repair with Davis the AAA co. and also the painting of the damage by the tin knocker of Orleans which I had already scheduled because of an accident requiring the back passenger side door to be painted. I do not know of the quality of the work as the parts did not come in overnight. Balise has given me a rental as I live in Orleans until the repair is made ,hopefully on Monday. The service manager relieved me of having to negotiate with both Davis and Tin Knocker about the payment and also got me home from Hyannis. I wish I could remember the Managers name but will thank him personally when I pick up my car. More
