Michael Thank You Balise July 28, 2017 I would like to share my exceptional car buying experience with the entire Balise team. I started my car search in January 2017. At t July 28, 2017 I would like to share my exceptional car buying experience with the entire Balise team. I started my car search in January 2017. At that time, I knew which vehicle I was interested in (2017 Hyundai Tucson ECO w/AWD) I just needed a Hyundai dealership that would negotiate what I considered a fair price. I visited 13 Connecticut (CT) dealerships over a 4 Month period with a prewritten personal check in hand in hopes of driving off the lot that day if the price was fair. Unfortunately, none of the CT dealerships were willing to work with my price. Just as I was going to give up on a Hyundai vehicle all together and go back to looking at the Nissan Dealerships where I had purchased my last vehicle, which was a 2000 Nissan Xterra with 235,000 miles, I drove by the Balise Hyundai dealership in Springfield, MA heading to a graduation ceremony at the Civic Center. I later contacted the dealership via website after viewing what they had on the lot and prices and then by phone to negotiate the price. To my surprise, I was contacted that same day by Brian Hauser, sales manager, stating he could accommodate my request and we proceeded to negotiate on a specific vehicle on the lot; however, it did not meet my expectations, so Brian went out of his way to find a similar vehicle from another Hyundai dealership that met all my needs. I was then contacted by Chris Nargi, a salesman, to coordinate a pick-up date, to answer any questions, and to go over what would be required to drive the vehicle off the lot that day. He went over every detail and he was very patient and extremely considerate knowing that I was traveling over an hour from CT. He spent extra time with his colleagues to ensure that everything was in order so that I would not have to make additional trips to Springfield. Chris offered to take me for a test drive to highlight the many features/options of the vehicle, again he answered all my questions and he even took the time to assist with the setup of the Bluetooth. Once more, he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable by explaining the maintenance requirements to keep the vehicle running smoothly. Moreover, the Balise’s team got the vehicle registered in CT despite the DMV website going on/off line the day of pickup; they were very persistent and it paid off. I can’t thank the Springfield Hyundai Balise’s team enough for all the help in making my car buying experience so pleasant starting with the salesman, Chris Nargi, the sales manager Brian Hauser to the financing manager Jay, who explained the payment process – everyone was great!! They are professional, well-organized and very meticulous I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a no-nonsense honest dealership that treats potential buyers with the utmost integrity. The real best price dealership I had been looking to see if it made sense to buy a new vehicle at this time, and after getting a trade in estimate from KBB, Iwas contacted by a Hyun I had been looking to see if it made sense to buy a new vehicle at this time, and after getting a trade in estimate from KBB, Iwas contacted by a Hyundai dealer that claims to have a best price guarantee. They gave me what seemed to be a good price on a new Sonata. Contact with Mr Biccum at Balise, however, produced a price over $500 better. When I recontacted the first dealer, They indicated that if I brought in a signed purchase agreement, they would match or beat the price, or cut me a check. I know that no dealer gives you a signed purchase order, unless you sign it first, which means you are buying the car. I said I could bring in the email, and was told if I did, they would try to earn my business. No guarantee. To me, having the best price means giving it up front, and not waiting to possibly match one another dealership gives. The purchase price was what I was quoted when I got to Balise. The trade required a little back and forth, but my salesman, Marcus Stimage-Norwood, helped me get a fair trade. He, and the rest of the people I dealt with were friendly and forthright. A positive experience overall. More
Good Experiance We were a little disappointed at first as the manager did not want to give us what out truck was nearly worth, citing a issue with the transmission.
