I bought my 2004 Chevy Cavalier at Balise Ready Credit. I traded it in for a 2010 Pontiac G-6. The sales people were very helpful and friendly there. It was a very pleasureable experience. I am so pleased how easy it was to buy a car. Daniel Schell. He made it a pleasure. Daniel explained everything to my satisfaction and I felt very comfortable driving my new Elantra off the lot. Daniel even took me to the Service Dept and introduced me and explained their low cost for oil change and how they make it easy to get any work done. Daniel was very courteous and friendly and knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of the new car purchase and I would recommend him and Balise Hyundai to all my friends looking for a good product and a knowledgeable salesman. thank you, Daniel. He worked extremely hard with his manager, Brian Houser to give me the lowest price possible. Enos was extremely custommer serviced orientated and took care of all the necessary paperwork and details in order to deliver the car me in a timely manner. Brian, Stewart, and Chelsea, Rob worked as a team. They were competent, knowledgeable, sensitive to my concerns, and patient. Stewart spent a great deal of time demonstrating all the features of the Elant were competent, knowledgeable, sensitive to my concerns, and patient. Stewart spent a great deal of time demonstrating all the features of the Elantra to me. There were more knobs than what to do with. After he gave me a lesson, he suggested that I return to the dealership in a few days for a reviews session to make sure that I was totally comfortable with my new purchase. That's special!!! The price of the car and the negotiations were very fair. I plan to have my car serviced there also. Why?? My fiancee and I went first to Lia Hyundai in Enfield CT and were treated very poorly by Justin the finance manager. After a bate and switch experience we left with our cashiers check in hand. Sadly they weren't able to accomodate us as originally promised and lost the opportunity to earn our business. Neeless to say it was a classic example of poor salesmanship, and a lack of honesty that sent us elsewhere. The attitude of the manager was very condescending and unhelpful. That night we found a Balise advertisement online for a more upscale version of the same car we were looking for. We stopped at Balise Hyundai in Springfield MA two hours later. We told them very frankly about our negative experience at Lia Hyundai earlier that evening. We explained in detail what we were looking for and provided the staff with our information. Enos Ngugi and John Perez both helped us to run the numbers on leasing two 2011 Sonata's (SE Turbo 2.0, an upgrade from what we originally planned on leasing). Both men were friendly, helpful, and honest with us. My fiancee and I were very impressed at the level of detail and professionalism that went into our sale. Balise was very respectful of our time and we finalized the sale the following day. So far we both love our new cars and would highly recommend Balise to anyone looking for a Hyundai. We even referred a neighbor of ours who was planning on stopping in at Lia and thought better of it after hearing our story. He will be contacting Enos and John soon! We will definitely be repeat customers!! More
I've been incredibly impressed with the service department. When I've taken my car in, they keep me in the loop and help me make informed decisions. On my last visit, the service advisor went so far as to tell me what were priorities and what could wait. Most places would have tried to talk me into getting every minor issue fixed immediately, no matter the cost. They don't talk down to me just because I am a woman, and are more than happy to answer any questions. On one occasion, I had an issue with a service advisor. Danny, the manager, quickly jumped in and took care of the issue. Since then, I have never had another problem. My car is 10 years old and running great, thanks to their help! I also appreciate that they remember who I am and are aware of the history of my car. They never treat their customers like strangers. More
I loved my experience with this dealership! I knew exactly what I wanted and I was doing some price comparisons between three dealerships. Balise Hyundai was the only one that didn't give me a hard ti exactly what I wanted and I was doing some price comparisons between three dealerships. Balise Hyundai was the only one that didn't give me a hard time about shopping around. They gave me a price, even though they knew I wouldn't be buying a car that very minute. After getting a price from them, I checked out the other two dealerships in my area. Not only did they have higher prices, but they were also incredibly rude about me "shopping around" even though I was very upfront about it! Bottom line: Buy your next new or used vehicle at Balise Hyundai. Be sure to talk to Enos! He has a laid-back approach to sales and he won't mess around with you when it comes to pricing. I went to Balise to purchase a new car and trade-in my old Toyota Camry. Personally I am a very picky person and had a not-very-good experience at my near by Hyundai dealer. So when I got a sales call from Springfield MA (which was about 40 mins drive from where I live) I was a little hesitant, but decided to give it a shot. My experience at Balise was very nice. The staff was exceptionally friendly and they were very patient throughout the whole negotiation process. They gave me a good price for the new car and gave a good trade-in price for the old Camry as well. The experience at Balise is the only reason why I still drive all the way to Balise in Springfield MA for even my periodic services and oil changes (Even though I could do it at my nearby Hyundai dealership which is 5 mins away from my house). I even brought my friends to the dealership and each time we had the same pleasant experience and they too purchased cars from Balise. More
I went to the dealership looking for a used car for my daughter but after speaking with Enos Ngugi he made me see the value in buying a new car compared to buying a used vehicle. He spent time with us trying to find the right vehicle for her. He always had a smile and he listened to what my daughter wanted. I never felt pressured to buy and was always made to feel welcome. This is the reason why I would recommend this dealership to any of my family, friends, co-workers, etc.. also I would make sure to tell them to ask for Enos because he is an asset to this dealership and I would want to make sure they were taken care of the same as I was.
