Having owned many cars this was by far one of the easiest deals that I have had the chance to complete. I was greeted at the door by Bob Kosior and everything was smooth sailing from there. We took a test drive on a new Sonata (they had the exact one I was looking for) and put the deal together without the hassle you typcially expect at other dealerships. I was offered a fair deal and we were able to complete the process in fast time (although Bob was willing to spend as much or as litte time as I needed to make me comfortable with the deal). Throughout the process, Ryan was always there to lend support as needed or to answer any questions that I had. Since it was a holiday weekend I wasn't expecting to be able to take the car home until after the long weekend but thanks to the crew we were driving home on a holiday after a pressure-free review of the paperwork with the finance manager. Went to this dealer based on past experience with Balise Mazda 8 years ago. I called the dealership from my cell phone on Memorial Day afternoon and Aubrey Williams, our sales person gave me directions t Mazda 8 years ago. I called the dealership from my cell phone on Memorial Day afternoon and Aubrey Williams, our sales person gave me directions to the dealership, having never been there before. When we arrived shortly thereafter, a Sonata was waiting for us to review and test drive. Aubrey was very accommodating and thoughtful and she took the time necessary to go through all the features of the car. Our test-drive was stupendous. After the test-drive we received a deal that was too good to pass and we purchased the vehicle. The delivery experience on May 31, 2011, was excellent. They had fogotten to install the moonroof wind deflector and Aubrey took the car into the service area to have it installed after the service department was just closing for the evening. While we waited for them to install it, we met with Wally, a service advisor and we even set-up our first oil change service requirement for the Sonata. Wally was very friendly and he gave us much information about their service. I would highly recommend Aubrey Williams and Balise Hyundai for anyone interested in reviewing a Hyundai vehicle. I was also very impressed with Wally in the service department and the fact that Balise only charges $19.95 for an oil change. Also the service department hours of operation and the fact that they are open on Saturday is a convenience for me as I live about 25 miles away in CT. More

I just traded my trusty 2001 Sonata for a new 2011. I wanted to buy another Hyundai, cuz i was so pleased with my 2001 and the service department at this dealership has been outstanding. I also really liked the looks of the new Elantra and Sonata. Chris Beauregard was just great. Really friendly, terrifically informed, and lots of fun to talk to. He spent a lot of time with me. He showed me around the new Elantra and went along for a spin. Ends up I didn't buy the car that day but came back a couple months later, this time looking for the Sonata instead. And you know what? I KNEW I just HAD to buy the car from Chris. Chris is the kind of salesman everyone would like to work with. He is so enthusiastic about the product, and he is simply delightful. He works hard for sale, but he's not overly pushy. Most of all, he works hard at showing you what a great product the car is. He does a great job at what he does. The nitty-gritty business of the sale itself was seamlessly handled by Brian Houser, the sales manager. No nonsense negotiations. A positive experience. Brian is also the best man I have ever seen at multi-tasking. :-) I have had my Sonata for 5 days, and I love it. Good power, excellent braking, outstanding interior room, great features, and a beautiful car to look at. I really like Balise Hyundai. I recommend this dealership to everyone. i inquired over the internet as to weather they had the car i wanted and could work out a deal trading in my 2010 elantra with 2400 miles. the person who conatacted me was abrupt and very rude. he did not car i wanted and could work out a deal trading in my 2010 elantra with 2400 miles. the person who conatacted me was abrupt and very rude. he did not listen to what i was saying to him nor did he know what he was talking about. i live in manchester ct. and was willing to travel to springfield, but after that expereince forget it. i was trying to maybe work out a lease, or at best buying the car, he treated me as if i were stupid and didnt know what i was talking about, i have been buying cars for 30 years and never came upon a salesperson like this guy. i guess he is doing very well this month and did not need another sale. i listen to your commercials on wmas, sounds really friendly, but first contact erased that impression. maybe when someone inquires the sales person should listen first and then in a friendly additude discuss options More
I stopped at Balise to try out the elantra limited and really liked it. Enos Ngugi gave me all the details about the car and was very knowledgeable without trying to talk me into making a decision right really liked it. After I test drove the car and knew I wanted one, we discussed a price for trading in my car. I told him what I wanted for the car and we agreed that it was a fair price. He was very agreeable to swap a elantra on the lot with another dealer for the color I wanted. Ryand Dusza was very assuring that the swap with another dealer would happen. He made a phone call and the next thing I knew in a few days I would be off riding in my new car, thanks to Enos and Ryan I now have my new car and really am enjoying it! Helen More
We went to many, many dealerships from Hyundai, Mazda, Nissan, Chevrolet, Ford, Kia, Subaru, etc. looking for a car. At some dealerships no one wanted to talk to us, at others they laughed at how I cared Nissan, Chevrolet, Ford, Kia, Subaru, etc. looking for a car. At some dealerships no one wanted to talk to us, at others they laughed at how I cared about the color. Then there were those that were so pushy you couldn't wait to leave. When we walked into your showroom, Bob Kosior came up to us right away and asked if he could be of help. He wasn't pushy or obnoxious. He was very polite, and made me feel welcome. He was extremely helpful, and I came back at least 3 times to test drive before making a decision. Each time he treated me with respect. When I finally decided on the Santa Fe he came in on his day off to take care of me. I could have bought it at the other dealership (Jerry Rome)in Holyoke, MA, but he couldn't even find the time to call me back and let me know if I could get it in the color I wanted. The staff at Balise Hyundai were very professional and Bob is one of your star salesmen. I would highly recommend your dealership to anyone I know and would tell them to see Bob. More

(I traded in my Mitsubishi 3000GT for a new 2011 Hyundai Genesis Sports Coupe.) I opted for a 3-year lease and am very happy with the service I received and the vehicle itself. The car is beautiful and handles well. Dan went over all the options and auto manuals with me and explained everything precisely.
