However, I would like to state that as happy as we were with our sales representative, we were not satisfied with the service department at Balise Hyundai. Only a week after purchasing our vehicle we noticed a shake while driving at highway speeds. We brought the car in on a Thursday morning, had to call two or three times before finding out that the vehicle needed new tires, and then could not get in touch with anyone over the next two days to find out when our six-day-old car would be ready for pickup, even after leaving multiple voice messages with the service department. Finally, after having getting absolutely no information from the service department, we called Bryant Biccum and he was able to answer our questions in a timely manner and even delivered the car to our home himself. More
