I walked into the dealership with a car style, color and equipment package I wanted but could not find at any other dealership around. They all told me this car did not exist. Carlos found it on his lot! I could not have been more pleased. He has an excellent knowledge of the Hyundai product line, and in my mind is the "Best Sales Consultant" a customer could have. If looking for a Hyundai I would stop by and speak with Carlos and not waste you time at other dealerships. During the purchasing process I had pleasure of working with Jesse (Sales Manager) he is one of the most customer oriented individuals I have ever met. He guided me through the purchasing process and after purchase questions I had. Jesse has and incredible knowledge of the Hyundai product line and along with excellent customer service. I definitely would visit Balise Hyundai for its superior sales team! Great Job!!! I also met with Brian (General Manager) during my purchase process at Balise. I was absolutely impressed with his product knowledge and the Hyundai business. He made me feel like I had become part of the Balise Hyundai family after buying my car. This is something that you no longer see during the car buying experience. Overall I would say Balise Hyundai is an Outstanding business and with people like Carlos, Jesse, Brian and Nick (Service) you will not find a better place to purchase a new vehicle or have it serviced. I have driven many different styles of Hyundai's from the Elantra and Sonata to what I finally purchased the Elantra GT and have really enjoyed driving the all. Each one has its own feel and look but all are backed by America's best warranty and excellent sales staff at Balise Hyundai. I would have to say if you are in the area stop by an experience the pleasure I had when I bought my car and see Carlos for that next new car purchase. More

Brian Houser was also very helpful in my new car purchase. I traded my car in and was surprised by a phone call I received the next day. The dealership found some money I hid under the floor mat and forgotten. They called me to return it. It would have been very easy for someone to pocket almost $50, since I had forgotten all about it. I think it reflects on the integrity and honesty of Balise Hyundai More
