I leased a car here 3 years ago and my lease was coming to the end but right before I was getting ready to turn it in a carwash broke off my antenna. The end of my lease was coming up and I was in a tight spot. Brian went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted at with the payment I needed. I no longer live in MA and they got my car to me when they said they would. Best experience ever when deciding on a car!!!! More

I leased an Elantra Hyundai from Balise in 2017 and had a satisfactory experience at that time. In 2020, I purchased my Elantra from Hyundai Finance through their Lease Buyout Option. After months of trying to get my title from Hyundai Finance to no avail, I called Balise Hyundai and spoke with General Manager Brian Houser about my problem. Brian contacted Hyundai Finance on my behalf and went above and beyond to resolve this issue. It only took him a few days to get this corrected and he kept me informed every day. I just received an email today saying "Title is on the way". This is customer service at its BEST! I highly recommend Balise Hyundai especially with Brian Houser at the helm! More

WOW! Arriving at Balise with little expectation for getting a deal on a used car at any BIG dealership, and all that I can say is Balise's customer service, specifically Jessie, was incredible. Not only did Jessie find a vehicle perfect for our daughter, but he worked within her budget, gave her customized services, warranties, and even extras like upgraded tires and mats!!! My daughter is not only happy, she is a proud owner of a Hyundai from Balise and it didn't break the bank!!! I highly recommend this dealership and will be back for a new car for myself!!! More

Lease Customers Beware While my visit to Balise Hyundai and my interaction with the salesperson, Wahab, was pleasant, the unexpected bill that came afterwards was not. After discussing the down I would contribute, lease mileage, & monthly payments, I explicitly asked if I should expect any other taxes, fees or costs after signing on the dotted line. I was told that state taxes & other costs like registration were rolled into the monthly payments and that I would only have to pay one additional “turn-in fee” at the end of our lease if we don’t end up purchasing the vehicle – nothing else would be added on as a cost, except for the protection plan I opted into afterwards. Little did I know, a few months later I would be sent a hefty bill from Hyundai Motor Finance with a Massachusetts property tax assessment added to my account. Please be weary when you hear that all taxes are rolled into the monthly payment…because it is NOT! I am now being told that I’m responsible for an additional cost that was snuck onto the contact despite being told by the sales team that my amount was final. The dealerships sneakily pass on these state property taxes to lease customers (look at the additional pages you initial past the main page of the Lease Agreement because it’s not listed on the breakdown there) – they don’t tell you that and won’t say it’s part of the final cost, even if you ask. After feeling like I had a positive experience at Balise, I’m quite disappointed. Lease customers beware. More
