Vehicle Issues Compunded by Bad Customer Service Not a great experience. Sales professional/ office made me take delivery 2 days prior to the requested date stating that they were concerned with the Not a great experience. Sales professional/ office made me take delivery 2 days prior to the requested date stating that they were concerned with the Christmas holiday even though my insurance agency stated there would be no issue with getting a stamp on Christmas Eve. So I paid for 2 days of insurance, my features were activated early, etc. for my new vehicle to sit on your lot. Then they made it an inconvenience that I wanted to keep my old plates including having to wait 2 plus hours for an inspection sticker. I was told 3 times that it was my fault and they would handle everything if I got new plates. Isn't that why I paid Documentation fees for this to be done. When I finally have the final walk through there is a huge blemish on the passenger rear door. Detailing could not get it out. Had to schedule a service visit on a vehicle with 22 miles on it. The panel was replaced the following week and a loaner was provided after I had to argue with the service manager that I could not be without a car. Today with my car being less than a month old, I go to to the Balise Car Wash and somehow there is suds and water in my front passenger floor board. Somehow either through the door or another entry the seal allowed water in so back to the dealer it goes. Beyond frustrated and it doesn't even have 350 miles on it yet. This will be my first and last Hyundai and my last time buying from a Balise dealer. More

We are now "Happy Campers" The wife and I went to Balise because we have dealt with Brian Houser on a previous purchase. We wanted to go with a lease this time around and wanted to save some money on our monthly payment. We didn't exactly save any monies on the monthly price but we did get a whole lot more SUV. We were going to look at the base model of the Santa Fe, and instead we left with the Santa Fe Sport AWD with a lot of bells and whistles. We picked up our new 2017 Santa Fe Sport AWD three days later because of the holiday, and we were so proud of our purchase/Lease. Sonja and I are now "Happy Campers" This has been our 6th Hyundai Motor Vehicle. More
