He didn't try to hide anything or hassle us like I've seen happen at other dealerships. He also cares a lot about his customers. I told him that I was heading to New York City the next day, which happened to be the day a car crashed into Times Square. I appreciated it when I came to pick the car up a few days later and he wanted to make sure I was ok. He made us feel very welcome, and took off a lot of the pressure that comes with buying a car.
