I was having issues with my minivan that corporate Honda was basically giving me the runaround on. Kevin stepped in and offered to try to get me in a new minivan for a great deal. I ended up working with David and bought a great new van for a fantastic price. They went above and beyond to do the best they could for me. I couldn't have asked for better service! I would highly recommend this dealer (we have purchased several cars there) and especially Kevin and David. We will go back the next time we need a new car. More
I was so pleased with the service I received that my husband bought a new car there also and so did my sister. I purchased a great certified car which was exactly what I was seeking in model and price. Found this to be a people friendly dealership all the way around. Sales and management were low pressure sales I was seeking in model and price. Found this to be a people friendly dealership all the way around. Sales and management were low pressure sales which was admitidly a pleasant suprise Allowed me to make an informed no pressure decision; much appreciated as I am still a month later recieiving follow-up calls from other dealerships I visited. Financing and signing was a pleasant experience as the expected "dealer" offers were made though again allowing me to make my own decisions. Had some follow-up work done as there were a couple of keys that needed to be replaced. Pleasant experience as when I mentioned another minor issue it had all ready been taken care of. More

I explained what I was searching for and both the salesperson and manager explored my options in an extremely "down-to-earth" way. I am pleased with the warmth and professionalism within this dealership; the manager took the time to come over to where I was seated to discuss my options along with the salesperson. They offered me a great price, and stuck by their word. They located the exact vehicle I was interested in and had it delivered to me in record time! I would recommend this dealership to my closest of friends and family, purely an A++ experience. More
I have a 2002 Accord bought from another dealer, brand new, however Majestic Honda in Lincoln RI is the closest to where I live so for the longest time all of the vehicles service was done here. They charge obnoxious amounts for everything, and I have had experiences where they have done things without asking. The two most major problems I have with this dear are to me very serious. The first problem causing the most problems with the vehicle would be how Majestic withheld telling me about an extended coverage on the transmission on the car, after this period they then told me I should replace it at my cost because it was past the time, and another problem is dealing with the cruise control, after picking the car up from a service the Cruise stopped working, so the next service I had them look into this. They told me it was the main cruise control unit needed replacing and would cost $600 + to fix the problem. I denied this because the price was too steep, and I decided to open the hood for once, I do have knowledge about cars, and fixing them, but it takes too much time. So, come to find out they had snapped the cruise control cable off the main throttle body, this was obvious considering tool marks on the throttle body. These are only two of my worst experiences with Majestic Honda, I now go to Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk, MA, which is much farther away but much better service. I will never recommend Majestic to anyone, instead I will push them far away due to the inappropriate experiences I have had. More
My overall rating for this dealership is poor. Very high priced on used cars and not willing to come down on sticker price for new. I love Hondas and knew that I wanted to stick to a Honda however my experi priced on used cars and not willing to come down on sticker price for new. I am happy to say that I have purchaced a Brand New Honda Civic at another dealer and was very satisfied with the experience. More
I bought a part online from them, they sent the wrong part and then refused to correct the mistake even tho I had given them the VIN with my order. I am currently fighting this out with them. Ordered a windshield and related parts from their online store. Received an emails stating they can't ship oversize parts to me and they cancelled my order. I was ok with that and asked them to remove the store. Received an emails stating they can't ship oversize parts to me and they cancelled my order. I was ok with that and asked them to remove the pre-authorization from my card so I could order from someone else. River refused saying I had to wait 4 day for the pre-auth to drop off. I waited the 4 days and instead of dropping the pre-auth, they charged my card! Now I have to wait several more days for the refund to come through. Overall they tied up my funds for almost two weeks instead of taking 5 minutes to contact my bank and remove the pre-auth. My car is out of commission for two weeks longer because of this. More
Majestic Honda was simply the best experience that I have ever had with a dealer, period. From start to finish I knew exactly where I was, what I was getting, and what I would be paying. Living in RI and m ever had with a dealer, period. From start to finish I knew exactly where I was, what I was getting, and what I would be paying. Living in RI and moving to Maine, I looked into nearly every dealer here and along the way. In 2008 my son had looked everywhere and ended buying from Majestic, so I gave them a shot. I have always leased and have had to take great care with dealers because of hidden costs added on at the end or playing with figures to end with a monthly payment. Mike Girard simply asked what I was looking to accomplish and bingo, there was my lease with total view of everything. The total cost of the lease was less than everyone else from start to finish. No more monthly payment scribbled on a piece of paper coming from behind the secret wall of the manager. No more having to retrun to the dealer for yet another offer. Mike even went so far as to weigh the benefit of a RI lease as compared to a Maine lease. Now that I know that I can stay as a customer while living in Maine, Majestic will be worth the trip. More
