They couldn't meet my trade in or price and then tried to talk me into leasing when I do 2OK a year for mileage. I left very disappointed and discouraged. Then I decided to go back to Majestic after making a quick call and telling them what I wanted to do. I went in on a Tuesday night and after only 40 minutes I had exactly what I was hoping for and it was the most pleasant car buying experience to date. Casey quickly assessed my trade and came back with a price...no haggling! He has a great sense of humor and doesn't sit behind the big glass box! He's accessible and easy to approach. If they don't have the car you want on their lot, they will find it for you! They've done that for me my last two times! I am a two year trader and will always come back to Majestic. My salesman Jim was honest, up front, easy to talk and no BS! His goal is to make the experience a nice and easy one and he succeeded! Becky was precise, organized and my papers were signed easily. They took care of paying off my loan, registering my car and getting me all the necessary paper work within days. When I told my sister of my experience, she gave her "salesman" one more shot and then went straight to Jim. She too spoke highly of her experience, but wasn't quite ready to buy at this time, but I can bet she'll go to Majestic and never again to Herb Chambers. Majestic may be a smaller dealership than Chambers but they are heads and tails above in all other areas,(unless you want free hotdogs on the weekend, a circus like atmosphere, higher paperwork costs, and higher prices on cars, then you may be happier at Herb Chambers.) I saw the vehicle Sunday afternoon and it was in my driveway by noon on Monday! Very impressed! Would highly recommend Majestic to EVERYONE I know. I decided that I was going to lease a new 2012 Accord and called three local dealerships to make an offer on three identical cars. Kevin was the first sales manager of the three dealerships that I called and he immediately said that the deal I proposed was reasonable (it being the last day of the month). We made a gentleman's agreement over the phone and by six o'clock that evening I was driving off the lot in my new car. The experience was everything I could have asked for!. More

I had a MASSIVE headache... I had just made the MAJOR mistake of stopping at Metro Honda- and stopped at Majestic on my way home. I get back to the floor- I am immediately handed my registration and Keys...how resfreshing it THAT??? I didn't have to threaten anyone with bodily harm to get them back!!! We worked a deal- I had to leave on the table... and Kevin presented what he could without shoving anything down my face. The deal would be good til end of next day. I called the next morning- they completed detailing the car and prepping for delivery based on my call saying I'd take it(I live 60 miles away in Mass.) Becky was smart, quick, funny and BUSY- completed my paperwork, and understood why I was asking every question. All in all- it was an extremely smooth, fantastic, and low-key experience that I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing a new Honda or a used car. I was put so at-ease it was unbelievable- and I've dealt with lots of Car Salesmen in my life. I cannot recommend them enough. More
