I saw the vehicle Sunday afternoon and it was in my driveway by noon on Monday! Very impressed! Would highly recommend Majestic to EVERYONE I know. Don't waste your time going anywhere else (and no, they're not paying me to say this! I just want to help others out so they don't waste hours at other dealerships like I did). More
I decided that I was going to lease a new 2012 Accord and called three local dealerships to make an offer on three identical cars. I explained to Stephanie that if they could make the deal then I would come called three local dealerships to make an offer on three identical cars. I explained to Stephanie that if they could make the deal then I would come in the very same afternoon and take delivery of the car. Kevin was the first sales manager of the three dealerships that I called and he immediately said that the deal I proposed was reasonable (it being the last day of the month). We made a gentleman's agreement over the phone and by six o'clock that evening I was driving off the lot in my new car. The experience was everything I could have asked for!. More
I had a MASSIVE headache... I had just made the MAJOR mistake of stopping at Metro Honda- and stopped at Majestic on my way home. I get back to the floor- I am immediately handed my registration and Keys...how resfreshing it THAT??? I didn't have to threaten anyone with bodily harm to get them back!!! We worked a deal- I had to leave on the table... and Kevin presented what he could without shoving anything down my face. The deal would be good til end of next day. I called the next morning- they completed detailing the car and prepping for delivery based on my call saying I'd take it(I live 60 miles away in Mass.) Becky was smart, quick, funny and BUSY- completed my paperwork, and understood why I was asking every question. All in all- it was an extremely smooth, fantastic, and low-key experience that I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing a new Honda or a used car. I was put so at-ease it was unbelievable- and I've dealt with lots of Car Salesmen in my life. I cannot recommend them enough. More
This is our third new Honda purchase from Majestic. The transaction has been easy each time. Excellent service. We were treated with respect and kindness. The employees that we dealt with were knowledgable and very helpful. Becky Bliven handled the financial aspect of things - my husband & I were amazed at her efficiency & apptitude for making the numbers work & securing for us the monthly payment we were looking for. Overall, this was the smoothest transaction in purchasing a vehicle, we have ever experienced. This meant a lot to us as our reason for buying a new vehicle was due to a collision that totalled our 2008 Odyssey. Dave & Becky made it possible to have our new vehicle within 48 hours. I have given what I believe is a fair rating based on experience...So my journey begins with wanting a vehicle that gets better fuel mileage and is a bit more useful than the one I had. I began with the experience...So my journey begins with wanting a vehicle that gets better fuel mileage and is a bit more useful than the one I had. I began with the usual internet homework and research, contacted my personal lenders to get rates and pre-approval; I would strongly recommend anyone doing this to ensure they are in the right ballpark price wise. I then spoke to people at work who strongly recommended Majestic, though one had some choice words about Service Department, though as far as I know they continue to get their service done at that location. I was initially referred to the South location during an internet inquiry and found Catherine to be very helpful, quoting an accurate and reasonable price from the beginning. When it came time to purchase I called the South location and let them know the Lincoln/N. Smithfield location was closer to me and would prefer to work the deal there. On arrival to the dealership I was greeted in a friendly manner and was introduced to Brian. Brian was a professional, as was the other staff I interacted with. We went through the usual car sales process, valuing of my trade, etc...I was then told they would like some additional time to work on the best finance rate possible and a time was established to pick up the vehicle two days later. I was pleased with the finance rate as it was competitive with my pre-approvals, beating them by almost 2 points. All in all, I would refer friends or family to this dealer without much hesitation providing they are willing to do their homework; we all make our own best deal when we go to any dealership, make sure you are making one you can live with.
