Before this experience with Majestic, we had purchased Hondas from the Honda dealers in Seekonk, MA and Middletown, RI. We had middling, so-so experiences with those firms and were not looking forward to dealing with them again. We later heard positive feedback about Majestic by word of mouth (local barber shop chat); it sounded a bit too good to be true but we kept Majestic in mind. With us, it was not all about the price -- we just wanted to be able to look, ask questions, discuss the cars without pressure, know that we were understood, and be treated decently. We originally met Brian when we were about to leave the lot after doing early-morning snooping (you know, done before the sales staff arrives and you can look undisturbed). Brian politely introduced himself on his way in to work, and simply asked that we ask for him if we needed anything. Later that day, after a bizarre sales experience at one of those other Honda dealerships, we found ourselves back at Majestic asking for Brian. When it's time for our next vehicle, we will back. More
Purchased a 2012 Civic Hybrid last week from Majestic to replace the Hybrid I bought there in 2002. I researched prices online, got several price quotes from nearby dealers, and ended up right back at Maje replace the Hybrid I bought there in 2002. Reason: Majestic offered the best total package price AND service over the past 10 years has been excellent. My wife has a 2005 Civic Hybrid from them as well, and I would not hesitate strongly recommending them. More
I had purchased my 2008 CRV from Jim Fleming. When looking to trade it in for a 2012 model I was directed to another dealer (Metro Honda) by my USAA car buying service. I honestly don't know how they stay in business if they treat all their customers the way I was treated. I had the title to my car and a check for the difference between the trade-in value and the purchase price of the new car. It should have been an easy interaction. Despite telling me on the phone that they would honor the trade-in value USAA quoted me, they offered me $8000 less -- an absolute joke. They then proceeded to pester me with numerous e-mails. I even gave them a second chance, with the same result. I decided to stop wasting time and return to Majestic. In one visit I had the deal I wanted and was treated like I knew what I was doing. More
I have purchased many vehicles from many different dealerships and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Staff was very pleasant and no pressure. When I did decide to make the purchas dealerships and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Staff was very pleasant and no pressure. When I did decide to make the purchase there were no games with the price like most dealers. They mentioned additional warranties and add-ons but again there was no pressure or hassle to purchase them. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda vehicle. More
Oh my gosh, what's NOT to love about Majestic Honda, North!!! So far Ive purchased 2 vehicles with Majestic Honda and I will continually be a very dedicated and LOYAL customer to them. I must say David Antoni is by far THE BEST car sales dude EVER!! When I purchased my first red rocket with David, which was a beautiful red 2009 Honda Accord Coupe, he made me feel at ease. I felt like I was dealing with a family member, not some pushy sales person trying to score a sale! David always took his time with me as I took up plenty of his time to test drive the vehicle!!! And he also took his time explaining all the financing details with me, trying to help me figure out the right numbers for my budget!!! So, I can honestly thank my buddy Carlos Bento from the Parts Dept for hooking me up with an awesome sales rep like David!!! Then comes the paperwork... Ok so for me because this was my first time financing a car, I had a lot of anxiety! BUT I must say, Becky, was awesome too!! She also took her time explaining everything to me slowly, LOL, to what I was signing to! So overall, my experience the first time around with Majestic Honda North was a great experience!! Recently due to unfortunate circumstances, my beautiful red rocket was stolen and I had to purchase yet another vehicle. I have to be honest here but I went to Metro Honda. After being at Metro for about 15-20 mins, I quickly realized that I didnt want to go anywhere else, my majestic Honda North family cant be beat!! So long story short, I went back to Majestic North and purchased the same identical red rocket Honda Accord Coupe, only in a 2012! And just like the first time around, David, Becky, Casey AND Kevin all made me feel very comfortable and very happy once again!!! And David: You have gone above and beyond for me with all your help, and I can't thank you enough! I LOVE THESE GUYS, I LOVE THEM ALL!! All of them need a serious raise to be dealing with me!! So I thank you Majestic Honda North for all of your great service!! And people out there reading this, do the right thing and go to Majestic Honda North and you will see for yourselves that they truly are THE BEST dealership crew around, you won't be disappointed!!! I went a year with out a car, and the day I walked in to the store I had to leave with a car. Not only did they help me find a safe and a price that I could work with! We came to Majestic Honda on 146 as a last effort to buy a Pilot. We had visited Metro Honda in Johnston the previous weekend and, needless to say, we didn't buy a new vehicle. At Majestic, we were greeted right away by the sales manager and he got Joe to work with us. He was upfront with everything and even gave information that we could not get from Metro. Majestic was able to put a competitive price package together for us as well as go through a lot of information pertaining to the features of our new purchase. That was on Friday night. Because we had some minor details to wrap up, we met with the finance manager, Becky on Saturday morning. Becky was very professional and very personable. She went through all of the optional coverages we could get and what it included. We decided to get the best coverages based on her explanations and she scheduled us an appointment to come back right away for the application of the autobond. We had our 3 kids with us and there was a waiting area and playroom for them to go to while we finished. That all being said, I would highly recommend Majestic Honda over any other Honda dealer in the area. Not only would I buy from them again, I will take my vehicle back there every time for my routine maintenance as well as any major issues in the future. More
