This is the second car I bought from Mike Monahan. Both times he has been a pleasure to work with. I am also very glad he is now at Majestic Honda in Lincoln. We originally bought our first car from him at times he has been a pleasure to work with. I am also very glad he is now at Majestic Honda in Lincoln. We originally bought our first car from him at Herb Chambers Honda. The experience with Mike was great but the length of time we spent at the store dealing with their finance manager was not good. Becky the finance manager at Majestic was also great. She was very quick and organized. Everything about Majestic Honda in Lincoln was great from start to finish. We got a great deal again and cut our time at the dealership in half compared to our last purchase at Herb Chambers. I would recommend anyone looking for a car who does not want to spend all day at the dealership to contact Mike Monahan at Majestic Honda in Lincoln. This is not the first car that we have purchased/leased thru Majestic Motors in Lincoln. We have always been extremely satisfied with the attention from Brian Campbell in listening to our needs for a vehic thru Majestic Motors in Lincoln. We have always been extremely satisfied with the attention from Brian Campbell in listening to our needs for a vehicle and he doesn;t attempt to sell us a vehicle that we are not interested in. We also closed out a Honda lease that was from another Honda dealership at Majestic Motors. Casey completed the paperwork and sent it off to Honda Financial services. This processed saved us alot of time from having to go to the other dealer that was further away. Overall great experience. More
I can't say enough about my experience. My wife has accessibility issues getting in and out of the car and none of the new models seemed to work for us. Brian fitted us in a pre-owned Odyssey and we c accessibility issues getting in and out of the car and none of the new models seemed to work for us. I suddenly lost my engine on my car. I had a friend recommend Majestic Honda North. I went in very apprehensive about buying a new car and having to deal with a car dealer. My fears and worries soon di recommend Majestic Honda North. I went in very apprehensive about buying a new car and having to deal with a car dealer. My fears and worries soon disappeared. I met Mike Califano, we sat down and he took the time to find out my situation. After us talking for a few minutes he asked what kind of car I was looking for. I had two ideas and he set me up with a Honda Accord and a Honda Civic sedan. I test drove both cars. With absolutely no sales pressure he let me do my own thing buy walking around both cars side by side seating in them nurmeous times. Checking out the differnt features on both cars in an in depth fashion. With no pressure at any time.Once I settled on a car Mike explained how everything was going to take place and pretty much in the right order, further lessoning my concerns over a New car dealer. After the preliminary paper work I met Becky Bliven, the Business Manager.This was a equally a great experience. She made the paper work and going over all the options avaiable to me a pleasant experence. I will be buying my next new car from this dealer and I will recommend them to my family and friends. More
