Just bought the Honda Accord. Can't comment on the quality of the service department. Good price on leftover showroom model. Staff was very courteous, very cooperative. I wanted to say first off that my experience at Majestic Honda was a great experience. Everyone there was very friendly; in a sincere way. He went above and beyond helping me find a new car for my family. After totalling my 2004 Honda Odyssey (because of a deer) I was heartbroken and wanted my old car!! Brian put my mind at ease and helped me. He always made sure to keep me in the loop during the purchasing process and (I feel) worked very hard to help me and my family. I also wanted to mention how we always feel safe in our Odyssey; I was actually driving the CCD class (that I teach) home when we hit the deer; unfortunately the deer didn't make it or my old Odyssey but we were all kept safe and secure. After looking for a used car for months i decided to check out Majestic Honda's website. Right away i found a small car that i really liked, it seemed like it was a good price and the perfect size. I we check out Majestic Honda's website. Right away i found a small car that i really liked, it seemed like it was a good price and the perfect size. I went down to the Honda dealer to see the car in person, there were a few minor scratches and a dent on the car but i figured that was fine for a used car. I went inside and asked if i could go for a test drive, the car salesman instantly said sure, and let me go out for the drive. Going down the road i realized that the car was completely on empty! The low fuel light was on, and i thought that i was about to break down on the side of the road because they never filled the gas tank. I made it back to the dealer and explained to them that the tank was extremely empty but they acted as if they didn't even care and just proceeded to try and sell the vehicle. I went back the next day to actually purchase the vehicle but when i went to put a down payment on the car the dealer took the money into a back room to have a cashier count it instead of counting it in front of my mom and I, we both thought this was suspicious because every other time we have bought a car the salesman has always counted the down payment in front of us. I went back again to pick my car up the next day, however the salesman was acting less sociable, and almost like he just wanted me to get in the car and leave as soon as possible. After all the paper work was signed i took the car and proceeded to follow my mom back to the house. Once home my brother and dad came to see the car, instantly they looked at the car and asked what the huge scratches on the front right bumper were, i looked at the car and realized that brand new scratches were all over the bumper and underneath it too as if someone went over a curb. Furious, my mom and i went into the house and printed out the pictures of what the car had looked like prior to the scratches and went back down to the dealership. Once we walked into the dealership we asked a salesman who we would talk to about this, but rudely he said "I don't know lady, that isn't my department." Later, one of the managers asked us what the problem was, we explained that before we bought the car there were no scratches on the bumper at all and now it looks like someone went over a curb with the car. He didn't know what to say but agreed to look at the car with us. Instantly our salesman came over, we explained to him what happened, then he came to see the car with us and the manager. They looked at the car and agreed that the scratches were brand new, but when we went inside one of the service men said that the car came in like that. We knew this would happen and took out the picture of the car and showed them that the scratches were never there. They said that they would fix the car for me if it really bothered my mom and I, so we agreed to let them fix the car. After getting my car back from Majestic i am happy with the service that was done with my car. More
