Raymond Merola, the salesman, offered a great deal and was easy to work with. I bought the car right before the rates were going to change and Raymond made sure to find the color car I wanted before the rates changed so we could close the deal. He was personable and took the time when I went in, answering questions easily. He was patient. He showed me the main features of the car before I left the lot, again answering questions. This was a great experience and I plan to bring the vehicle there for service as I did with my other Civic. Great service! More

We were immediately impressed when we visited the showroom at a busy time and Brian asked us coutreously to return at another time because he wanted to spend unhurried time with us. Frankness and honesty are not qualities often associated with car salespeople. We returned and received his complete attention and, the bonus, his wit and humor. It was a great pleasure to meet a person who obviously likes his work. We will recommend Majestic and Brian - Erika and James, too - to friends and family who are car shopping. By the way, we are customers who have no trouble saying "Thanks but no thanks" to indifferent and rude sales people. This purshase was an A+ experience. More

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had from the moment I first looked at the van to the moment I signed the paperwork! My salesman (Brian Campbell) and sales manager (James Reese) were great, and I would recommend both of them to everyone. This is a very low pressure sales environment with helpful and down to earth sales people. The price of the vehicle was very fair, and they gave me an extremely fair price for my trade. If you live in RI or nearby, I would encourage you...do not waste your time or money at Metro! Go see the awesome team at Majestic Honda North! More

He even came in on his day off to help us! We originally went in thinking we would only be able to afford a used car. Once we got on the lot we saw a brand new one we fell in love with but walked passed it thinking it was out of our budget. After talking for a bit, Josh helped us realize that it was within our budget after all! We are now driving a brand new Honda CRV 2014 and it feels so good that we could do it while still staying within a budget that we were comfortable with! Everyone, from the service people at Majestic North who faciilitated the repair, to the collision repair center at Majestic in West Warwick, was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. More
