After a difficult and anxiety producing experience totaling my car last week in an accident that resulted in a broken rib, Angelo was informative and very accommodating. From start to finish (and I have made four trips to the dealership so far), from assessing cars to sitting in cars to my actual selection was an enjoyable experience. I felt, and still do, feel that I can contact him with any questions or concerns. David Antoni is the most professional, kind, knowledgable gentleman that I have encountered in the "retail world" ever. Six years ago I purchased a car from this dealership and David was my salesperson. I never forgot how helpful and genuine he was! When I walked into Metro North on January 29th this year I was so thrilled that Dave was still there AND the manager. He helped Angelo and my brother and I purchase a car that was perfect for me and I couldn't be more pleased. This dealership is lucky to have Dave as their leader. More
Excellent parts department I ordered some pats for our CRV online and transposed one of the part numbers. (My fault). I called Majestic and spoke to someone in the parts department to explain my problem. They were very understanding and checked to see if the correct parts were in stock, which they were. I really didn't want to get involved in shipping the wrong parts back so I asked if I could stop by to exchange the parts in person, and they said yes. I stopped by the parts department and was assisted by Carlos. I explained my problem and Carlos took excellent care of me. He even issued me a credit for the difference in price. I will definitely buy from Majestic in the future. More

Raymond Merola, the salesman, offered a great deal and was easy to work with. I bought the car right before the rates were going to change and Raymond made sure to find the color car I wanted before the rates changed so we could close the deal. He was personable and took the time when I went in, answering questions easily. He was patient. He showed me the main features of the car before I left the lot, again answering questions. This was a great experience and I plan to bring the vehicle there for service as I did with my other Civic. Great service! More
