I received the most friendly experience that I have ever received at a car dealership. My first experience was with Katrina Balunas on the internet she was absolutely wonderful with responding to me quickly and answering my questions online I felt so comfortable with her even through email and when we spoke on the phone she was so friendly and very kind to me on the phone. When I finally went to look for a Honda HRV and I met Katrina again she was pleasant and kind to me when I walked in the dealership it was like we were old friends which was great. She introduced me and my husband to Laura Reynolds she was also friendly when we walked in. She was very informative and answered all my questions and she had the HRV ready for me to test drive she told all about the vehicle before I started the SUV. She was very pleasant and nice while we took the test drive. She made my car buying experience awesome she helped through the whole process and helped with financing and she was a joy to work with and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this car dealership to everyone and I definitely would recommend Laura Reynolds as a car salesperson. I will definitely send my friends here. More

Above and Beyond It was time to purchase a car for my 88 year old mom. I live in Arizona and my mom is in RI. She asked me to help her with the purchase to replace her It was time to purchase a car for my 88 year old mom. I live in Arizona and my mom is in RI. She asked me to help her with the purchase to replace her 20+ year old car. I searched among the local dealers in RI and SE Mass and narrowed it down to two offers. I selected Majestic's offer over a lower priced deal totally based on the "feel" of the folks at Majestic. Katrina and Brian were outstanding in working with me and meeting my needs. They took care of my mom when she picked up the car and treated her as if she was part of their family. Ray spent time showing her the vehicle and it's features and made sure she was comfortable with operating her new car with all the new tech features. Overall, a great experience that made a very strong impression on me. Thank you!! More

so very disappointed all around ~ sales AND service I bought the 2015 accord last fall. The salesman never called to see if everything was ok. We just had our 1st service (an oil change) and to check I bought the 2015 accord last fall. The salesman never called to see if everything was ok. We just had our 1st service (an oil change) and to check out a couple of "noises" . We made a 9am appointment. The department was not busy at all. An hour later I checked on the car. It was sitting out in the parking lot. The mechanic was on to the next car. The guy told me that he would come get me. Nearly 1/2 hour later he finally came. My observation is that the 2 people at the service desk were chatting it up and tappity - tapping on the computer while I was waiting and my car was just sitting there. I wish I could have seen the computer screen, I swear that they were playing "Candy Crush" LOL ANYWAY, I will contrast this to the Hyundai Service that I got with my previous new vehicle. Prompt, polite service (15 min oil chng) fluids filled and a paper mat on the floor to protect it. Then an e-mail follow -up. We are pretty sure that we'll go back to Hyundai the next time. Over all the Honda is a disappointment. More
A Joy of a car Buying Experience We were contacted by Brian Chevalier with a request to consider trading in our 2013 Honda CR-V because we have low mileage and all of the maintenance We were contacted by Brian Chevalier with a request to consider trading in our 2013 Honda CR-V because we have low mileage and all of the maintenance has been done at Majestic Honda (and they have to sell about 100 - 2015's before the 2016's arrive in a few months). We met with Brian Campbell and he made the discussion and decision very comfortable and easy. We traded up for a 2015 CR-V and are thrilled with the value offered for our 2013 CR-V (confirmed by a Kelly Blue Book research) and the financing for the 2015 CR-V. Brian arranged for the insurance coverage transfer and Kim Reed was very organized and professional in arranging the financing and registration. We highly recommend Majestic Honda. More
