We've worked with Majestic in the past. We've worked with Majestic in the past with a purchase and leasing of two other vehicles. Ishmael (Ish) is new at the dealership and was very unorganized and provided inaccurate information multiple times. While we were happy with our lease this time around we were not satisfied with the assessed value of our 2009 CRV trade in. My wife uses NADA for work- the same tool used by Majestic. They came back with a much lower price than what my wife had come back with. We agreed to the offer but not without a lot of negotiation and reluctance. I hope we get a little more attention from someone with better knowledge when our leases are up. Katrina was great, she was polite and followed up appropriately. Ishmael had an attitude when I questioned specifics on the leasing paperwork before I visited with finance. I don't need an attitude when I am asking legitimate questions regarding any subject during the purchase or leasing process. I found him to be severely unfocused, stale and annoying. I think he realized this and tried to be overly nice which just made my opinion of him more solidified. Overall, after the past two successful cars we leased or purchased from Majestic, these visits were not enjoyable. The 2015 CR-V we leased is great and the service center has always been good but when you have a repeat customer in less than 5 years I would recommend a little more attention be given to them when they decide to visit your dealership. More

Oil change/Rotate tires This was a simply going to be a oil change. In November the car had the state inspection, only 16,000 miles, everything was great, last oil change t This was a simply going to be a oil change. In November the car had the state inspection, only 16,000 miles, everything was great, last oil change they did not rotate tires because the mileage was too low. Today, 1/21/1016, 2months later, the customer service rep. said that the car needs the tires rotated. Explained why it was not necessary. She told me she will have to write down on the customer service sheet that you declined, now sign the sheet for service. I explained to another service rep. that this lease is up in a few months, and because of my low mileage I never had to rotate tires in the 20 years I have been leasing cars. This is an intimidation tactic they many dealers use to have them do unnecessary work on cars. I have been satisfied with Majestic Honda, but this is a tactic that will not and should not be accepted. Those two words that she wrote down, has now made me realized that I will not have my service work done there and I will not lease there again, trust is everything. I could have my oil change anywhere. I have contacted my 5 friend that bought or leased with majestic because of my recommendations and advised them to be on the aware of this tactic. This is why dealers get reviews like this. Perhaps this may have played a part in closing Majestic Honda in Warwick. More

They were super patient, friendly and down-to-Earth the entire time. This is the third car I've bought from Majestic and I wouldn't go anywhere else. More

Majestic was one of the quickest to respond and had the lowest pricing and through live chat Katrina answered every question we had. We went to the dealership and met with David Antoni regarding options and to test drive the car and asked if the car we chose could be ready the following day. Upon arriving the next day the car was ready and waiting and all of the paperwork, financing, etc. was done, all we needed to do was sign our names. 15 minutes in and out . . . Would highly recommend this dealership. Both David and Katrina were friendly, knowledgeable and HONEST. No haggling - just fair prices. More
