Poor Mechanic Service I wanted to rate them lower but the service dept and the parts dept employees did everything they could to occomodate us. The mechanic who worked on I wanted to rate them lower but the service dept and the parts dept employees did everything they could to occomodate us. The mechanic who worked on our car quoted a long list of items that needed to be done. One of the items was the ac didnt work according to him. But it was on hot and works fine. Had to replace valves due to error while doing time chain. Couldnt even put a oil change sticker on the windshield. Then after completing everything on the original list he tried again to get more work done by saying more things are bad. Got car back with an empty tank barely making it to the gas station. Very poor mechanical service.. very good customer service from behind the counter. More

Before I went in to look at a guy I was emailing with Brian Chevalier, and Joe Gesualdi who were both amazing at getting right back to me, answering all of my questions, and making me feel like they actually cared about me and me getting a new car. Then when I came into the dealership for my appointment I was set up with Richard Brown as my sales consultant. He went above and beyond what I have EVER seen any sales person do to help me get into a new car. Once I was approved for the car and came into the dealership to sign the papers and pick it up, everyone was excited for me! Its amazing to walk into a dealership and feel like the people there actually care about you and that you are not just someone who's making them commission, it is not like that at all at Majestic Honda. Richard even took the time to sit in the car with me after all of the paperwork was all set to show me how to use all of the features in the car. Never did I ever expect an experience at a car dealership to be so good! I dreaded wanting to buy a new car for a very long time because every other experience I've ever had has been miserable, you're always rushed to make a decision, and they don't actually care about you and your needs they just care that they are selling a vehicle, and that is the furthest thing from the truth at Majestic Honda. I have already recommended this dealership to some people and I only left with the car yesterday, and I will continue to recommend buying a car at this dealership to everyone! We purchased our 4th Honda from David Antoni at Majestic Honda this past weekend and the process start to finish was smooth. David was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, transparent and most importantly conducted himself with integrity. He is anything BUT the cliché car salesman, which I appreciate tremendously. On the day we swapped out our Pilot for our new Accord, I spoke with Katrina several times and she was extremely polite, professional and helpful. Customer service is an increasingly rare thing and as someone who works in PR, I must say they have it down pat....its refreshing.
