After some research I quickly found out how rare of a vehicle it is to g So, I wanted to get a brand new 2016 black MANUAL transmission accord sport. After some research I quickly found out how rare of a vehicle it is to get around New England (I live in MA). I contacted several honda dealers around where I live and although most "promised" they could get me the vehicle that I wanted; Majestic Honda turned out to be the one that offered me the most competitive price. Ever since my first inquiry to Majestic, Katrina B. has been very helpful ! One thing in particular I appreciated is the fact that they respected my demands about only being contacted w/ information specifically related to the car that I wanted. I never felt "pressured" or contacted relentlessly to the point it got annoying ! (Ruled out another dealership for this specific reason) My salesman was Brian C, and it was great working with him. Despite a couple of months delay between when I first got in touch with Brian and when I was ready to purchase the vehicle, he was very respectful, never got frustrated, and helped me in getting a loan for the vehicle. Let me say this again, the MT version of this vehicle is HARD to get; but not only did Brian get me one, he got me the EXACT one I wanted. Although the dealership is in RI and I live in MA I would totally return here and recommend it to friends. I really appreciate all the help Brian ! Thank you Majestic !! More

Internet inquiry found us the car we've been searching for! We went to a local dealer in MA, but couldn't manage to find a sales group motivated enough to help us search for the Sapphire Steel Metallic Honda Pi We went to a local dealer in MA, but couldn't manage to find a sales group motivated enough to help us search for the Sapphire Steel Metallic Honda Pilot Touring that we wanted, as they were few and far between. I searched online, and was connected to Brian at Majestic Honda via chat. At 4 PM on a Friday afternoon, Brian went above and beyond to not only match the lower price we had negotiated on an alternative color at our local dealer, but he offered to deliver the car to us himself on Sunday evening. He sat in our driveway and showed us all of the features, including a road demo of the great safety features that we hadn't had a chance to test previously. It was amazing to find a dealer willing to not only secure the color and options that we wanted, but to give us a great experience as well. He completed delivery late on a Sunday night, and his only focus was making sure that we had all of our questions answered. Highly recommended! More

Long distance purchase After several months of searching local dealerships, and some not so local, my wife finally found the car she was looking for on an internet search. P After several months of searching local dealerships, and some not so local, my wife finally found the car she was looking for on an internet search. Problem was the dealership was over 450 miles away! We decided to contact them anyway and see how things would go. Needless to say we were a little apprehensive about doing business so far from home. But after talking with our sales man Brian Chevalier through emails and on the phone we felt comfortable enough to go ahead with the purchase. But we still had to wonder, would the car be all they claimed it to be, would the deal change when we got there, would there be hidden costs, so many questions. We still weren’t sure what to expect when we arrived. Well, two days later we arrived at Majestic Honda and to our surprise we found the friendliest, most accommodating, and professional sales and service people we had ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle! Seriously, these folks went out of their way to make us feel comfortable doing business with them, not to mention the really great deal we got on a 2015 one owner Honda Civic EX coupe. Which, by the way, was everything they said it would be and this car was immaculate. We only had a couple small concerns which the service department handled immediately and very much to our satisfaction. They had everything they possibly could ready for us when we got there and Brian took the time to help us make sense of all the electronics and settings we needed to know to safely operate our new car. Then there was the dreaded pile of paperwork that comes with such a purchase. This is when we met Laura Lariviere. Talk about being organized and prepared! This lady definitely knows her stuff and her delightful personality made the whole process seem pleasurable. Thank you Brian and Laura, for making our whole experience with Majestic Honda seem like a walk in the park. So, would I recommend doing business with the folks at Majestic Honda? In a heartbeat! In fact, I wouldn’t think twice about making that 450 mile trip again to do business with them. They are professional in every way and their customer service is second to none.
