Bought a Pilot here but the salesperson is no longer there. He did a great job and Kevin helped finish the deal. The service dept shines here and I highly recommend Emmanuel as service advisor. He breaks things down and is honest with what you need to do now and what can wait. I like this dealership a lot and met with Darryl about buying another Pilot but my wife isn’t ready to let go yet. I expect we will buy another car here in the future, especially if the Pilot finally gets the 12.9 screen upgrade. More

Kevin was terrible. We asked for the deal seen online and he refused to show it to us. We were given pricing for the same car but over $120 more a month. They offered $1000 for our trade in which is absolutely disgusting considering the car runs and has minor issues. When we asked him why he wouldn’t show us the deal for the online pricing he just kept shoving the one he had in our faces. Don’t shop Balise! They just want to take your money and earn more money on it! More
